  1. Love the photo's and a great effort chaps. I have seen many post on doing your own exhaust but to be honest unless the car is nearly new it is never worth waisting so much time doing it yourself, take it to a garage, done in very little time and while you sit having a coffee What are your next mods then ?
  2. Easy Tiger Looks like your normal driving habits when driving through the Bourneville estate
  3. Been out in mine around town today and it gets so hot
  4. You need a tool kit to get the head unit out, a soldering iron(i have one) and a cable with the head phone lead on so we can chop the other end off and connect it to the head unit and a massive lump hammer for if it all goes wrong I will pm you next week
  5. Just watched this after a couple of Vodka's and wow http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pi_ser2_Xm4&NR=1
  6. God that should be good, hope all goes well. When you have had it done, will you go back to the Combe ?
  7. I work just around the corner I only know of a silver one on Luckwell rd........ I will pm you and try to get to you next week some time, are you around in the day time ?
  8. I can sit and watch you take your car apart if you want I done mine myself and it is not a hard job. Just take your time and you will be fine. If I have time I could maybe pop along depending where abouts in Bristol you are
  9. This GTR same one as in the test, T4 GTR plate is parked in Bedminster, Bristol and i spoke to the driver who is borrowing it for a couple of days and he loves it Not mad on the colour though
  10. I love these and yes i would swap my 350 for one. Always wanted one for some reason Best of luck
  11. I'd say it was cheap at 3.7p..... lol, yeah a lot of people bought it at around the 5p mark, still, current estimates I read reckon by xmas things will hot up, so will wait and see. True. 75p ish gets me in to retirement territory so a 5-bagger from here and I see that as viable in 24 months, IF at least 50% of the 4 territories come good. The return of capital on the sale of the Texas assets in Q1 2012 is a bonus. Talk of as much as 10p per share but I'd settle for 5p and further investment in acquisitions. I need RRL to be at £1 before i can buy something nice, not at retirement level just yet though To be fair i bought at 5p so just the case of when to sell and walk and be happy, then what shall i move on to next is the question
  12. fook me! forgive me but i take it you shopped around? that is ludicrous. my first year of insurance 8 years ago was on a vw golf (high insurance group) and it was £1350. yes we did shop around and that was the best we could get also putting me and the wife as named drivers helped a little. There was this issue about girls getting much cheaper insurance than boys but a believe this has leveled out know.
  13. Forgot to add that I insured my boy last december on his £600 car and it cost me £2200 and that had to be paid in one go. That was also the cheapest i could find, we had quotes of over £3500
  14. the most annoying noise ever
  15. He has spent all that time watching you get a life, sounds like he is just bored not unless he swings both ways and this could be the start of something
  16. My lad has a £600 pug 106, very cheap to insure and parts are so easy to get.
  17. Thanks for the replies chaps

  19. It will only be as fast as the driver goes around the Combe Should be amazing if you get this all done
  20. I have another track day in August to go and thought about using my original 18's that came with the car but the rear tyes have exactly 1.6mm tread on them, as long as it is dry should this do for the day ? This would save me some dollars
