John, what I don't understand is what you are trying to achieve with carrying on this "discussion". What happened to you I've already agreed was unacceptable and now CS has come forward we all know who the garage was. Without defending Mitz in any way I find it unusual that you didn't chase up the work for 2 months IRC. I know if it had been me I would have been on the phone asking for progress answers every week. Not agreeing to speak to Mitz achieves nothing, he may be offering some kind of monetary compensation, who knows. You stated that you put it down to a very expensive lesson learned and it obviously is. So what now?

Yep it's a UK car, GT spec. Price looks ok for 80k+ on a 54 plate and you might be able to haggle a bit. Petrol will depend on the roads and how you drive, anything from 18mpg to 30mpg. You should be able to average 22/24. Servicing will depend on where you are located, whether you use Nissan or an independant and which service. P3 is the most expensive one (goes P1, P2, P1, P3) and should be 9k or 12 months.

This is really shocking tale & good advice for any others with warranties. Why a garage would not take the oppurtunity of warranty work is baffling. If it was something they were incapable of doing they had plenty of chances to tell John and give him the option of going elsewhere. Very expensive lesson John & really feel for you but at least you have the car you thought you had bought in the first place.

Will be cool to watch the build & compare to the 2 recent ones. Good luck, hope everything goes well.
