Spot on Trev. Once the new ecu is on it is on for good. Buyer beware, be very aware.

I hope that you are not missing the point here as this is not a guarantee issue. As Colin has previously stated unless you are standing over the Technicians and watching them very carefully as they replace the ecu then you are not to know if it is faulty or not. And yes it does happen..........

Where are you based Seasider ? Not discriminating here but if you are in Scotland then I would be prepared to come have a look and give you an informed diagnoses and maybe install a preowned ecu providing that it is a U.K. car. Alex.

Good shout Colin. It wont be the first or the last time that an ecu has been replaced only to find that it did not effect a cure and on further investigation another fault was found. And DO NOT be fobbed off with " but Sir it is a process of elimination"

Not quite sure which switch that you are referring to mate could you be more precise. Where is the fluid leak from. Anyway, I will most likely have all the bits that you will need to sort this issue. Alex.

Mark, The OP is from Greece, not the U.K. but I see no reason why they would not ship there. Not sure how the duty works there tho. The importer would be well advised not to request for a write down on the commercial invoice value for these type of goods as that would invalidate any potential insurance claim for damage etc. Hope that you are enjoying your LEDs Xendric

I have 1 set left mate, but I would hate for you to splash out if you really did not want a set of these wonderful led's. Therefore I can let you have a pre led tail lamp for nowt if you wish, but I really think that you should treat yourself and upgrade.

that's a bold statement, I like your style! How about that stroked HKS Zed? Was it Advanced Motorsport and Engineering, the guys who plugged the racelogic traction control? I think that runs more power than you do... also how about the blue zed that I've seen around here too? BHP sells cars, Torque wins races I did quote "R0AD AND TRACK ROADSTER" But no matter how fast and powerfull your car is, there is always someone faster

Chris, not quite sure what the temp read out will be on track with the upgrades and running purely on Evans. At the moment my Defi read out is around 110C after approx 10 very quick laps around Knockhill. I have no such issues at the Ring as it is not so demanding on the car.

Cheers Stew, Yeah, this will make a huge difference to the amont of time that I can stay out on track. Remember that the the Vpro dials the ignition back in when it gets a bit warm so the power does drop off. I am sure that Jayne will be happy with the outcome. Pencil in early March to your diary.
