  1. Hi all, Im after a little bit of help... I've got my nurrish sat nav out of my car currently, as im trying to get the AV-in function to work... i've tried 2 different cameras, so have come to the conclusion that it must be a software issue with the WinCe config. Having looked through the files on the 3 disks recognised on the device ('/', 'nandflash' and 'storage card'), i have found a file in nandflash called 'deviceconfig.cfg'. This file contains the followig 3 values: AVIn=0 AutoBackCar=0 BackCarMode=0 To me these appear to be controlling the AV input, so i was going to play with them, however the device wont let me save anything to the nandflash drive. I cant find anything on google to enable it, or point me in the right direction, so any tips? In the software there doesnt appear to be any video input options, other than in settings you can choose the AV in image orientation - but where would i even view the video feed? Any help appreciated, as i'll be putting my car back together tomorrow. Cheers. Cheers Chris.
  2. Will, you know that in photobucket you can choose 'select all' and then 'generate HTML and IMG code' and it will allow you tp copy the links here, 1 page at a time...
  3. I would say the Scorpion would provide the best value. if you want just sound, the K1 is the loudest and the cheapest... but they are too loud in my opinion.
  4. Wicked. Is that road legal? And if not, where's he going to ride it? Have you got Rays at the moment...? Paint them yourself... go for gloss black, and then get some blue wheel nuts and 25mm spacers... will look
  5. Bummer.
  6. Did the finish hold up well then, without any lacquer?
  7. I think Will's gonna get a few of these requests... i've just PM'd him for a hires version of one of mine... Sorry Will
  8. + 1 and i had a question to ask and i needed an answer while it was light... im gonna have to wait till tomorrow now to fix the problem.
  9. Cool... got any pics of the KTM? And you can tell her whatever wheels you get were a bargain on eBay...
  10. +1 on the car... i want one. I want a lexus anyway for commuting, so i've been looking online at them tonight.
  11. Thanks mate, will do... i just couldnt be bothered taking the dash apart again...
  12. Hi all, I've been messing with my Nurrish sat nav today... had most of the dash off etc. I attatched a pair of louder speakers to it and mounted them under the steering column behind the panel... you cant see them obviously but it sounds so much better. I can now hear the voice guidance over my Nismo exhaust... However, having reassembled everything and taken it for a test drive, the sat nav started beeping at me and then i got a low battery warning, before it switched itself off...!! On Nurrish's page it says they have an onboard battery but i thought it was powered from the car...? Have i knowcked out the power lead?? I didnt think i had done... My second question... my car has a factory fitted rear view camera which i have plugged into the nurrish system, but there is no option to display the video... any suggestions?
  13. Those pics are beyond awesome mate, thanks for posting them. With regards to your pictures from all round the track - is that because you worked there that you were allowed access, or would members of the public be able to do a similar amount of exploration?
  14. Sorry to see you selling mate. I reckon you'll get 10k, but only if you split it. Being an auto too will mean its work about £750 - £1000 less. I got £8k for my JDM Auto with 62k miles on it last May, with most mods removed and returned as stock as possible. However with the current market, i would say now i would get closer to £6k now... If you budget that your car is worth £7k, which is a push for an '03 JDM Auto, then make what you can from the mods Very roughly off the top of my head: JP Vizage Type N Bumper - £300 JP Vizage A Skirts - £250 Ings +1 Style Rear Bumper - £250 Nismo V 1 Spoiler - Probably leave this on... Dream Customz Kuro Head Lights - £100 + swap for UK pair 19 inch Fuel Black Deep Dish Alloys – Front 8, Rear 10 - £750 MW Tech Front 20mm Spacer and Rear 15mm Spacers - £140 JWT Pop Charger - £75 Polished Plenum - £80 + swap Rare JDM Harness - £100 Powerflow Custom true dual exhaust - £300 + swap Summit Strut Brace - £150 Carbon Brake Fluid Cover - £35 Carbon Battery Cover - £35 Carbon External Surrounds - £75 Custom Induction Pipe - £30 Samco Purple Hoses. - £50 Zed Oil Cap - £10 + swap Thats £2700 right there... then factor in another £100 to get another set of 17" JDM's if you dont have yours anymore...
  15. Sarnie, seeing as you brought this back up.... Ni-ni-ni-ni-ni-ni-ni-ni-Nineteen...
  16. Yesterday i picked up a carbon engine cover from Neil (fakeindian) whilst i was in Birmingham for work... we did a swap for my car cover... Cheers Neil. Fitted it this morning... its a bit of a snug fit due to the grounding kit but i got it on there... I also bought some carbon inserts from tarmac at Wales... i was going to use these on my front and rear zed badges as Cavey suggested, to cover the peeling black sections but i wasnt happy with the fitment - so put them on the side where they're meant to be I also just peeled off the remaining black from my front badge and it looks alright. Lastly, i got a right bargain on eBay last week, and got hold of some UK tripple guages, so swapped them out for my JDM guages too. Pic below is of the JDM guages now removed.
  17. Swapped for a carbon engine cover... mod please can you lock?
  18. Gutted for you mate. I was doing 33 when i saw it and then lifted off. Propper sneidy place to hide a van - absolute arseholes.
  19. ET is the offset, i.e. mounting depth. The ET for the wheels you describe will be 35, not 3.5... 35 is unlikely to clear your brakes (assuming you have brembos) without spacers.
  20. Yes i was/am... it is a slow but ongoing project
  21. Fantastic mate... any chance of some pics?
  22. Cool... !
  23. lol yeh me too.
  24. I've got to say, i was really disappointed by MW2. MW1 was possibly the best game i've ever played (with the exception of Goldeneye), but i felt let down by MW2. I think it was more to do with the level design than anything else... some appalling levels, where you could get shot from any angle at all at any time. So frustrating. But the MW1 levels were superb as they had boring bits where you were unlikely to get shot, and then some crazy areas that were perfect for big standoffs....
