Yep, you can run with the Camp 2 and a screen that has a Yellow video input. You can use the red white inputs for an audible tone too... I tried running in the main DD but the pic wasnt great so thats why I went for the other screen. And yep your right on the ODBII

If any of you guys want your wheel alignment looking at Gary @ GTart in Lewis (near Brighton) has a 360degree laser alignement system all up and running. Bobby and I paid him a visit today and got our setups sorted! Unfortunatly my rear cambers are +4 degrees positive and need to be pulled in. (Alex, which adjustable rear camber arms did you suggest? You havnt got any for sale have you?) Am going to try and set up a Dyno Day, did one last year and had a good laugh. He may be able to do some alignement on the day. Anyone interested? Will get some costs sorted but I think dyno was about £35 per car..... If anyone in the area is looking for anything fitted, Zorsts, suspension, cats, headers or even FI and tuning then he comes highly recommended. And whilst your there you can have a look around at some lovely JDM machines in various stages of build!

In what way Mark? Not sure on all those dials Beavis... Dont think I need as many as Alex Is the rev counter, and all the temps, air flow e.t.c all linked up ? All the info is collected off the ODBII port thats next to the bonnet release, it shows how much the speedo and revs are out on the dash dials... All the temp info comes off the sensors that Nissan already have around the car.

Mine is under wtee and I have made a couple of changes.... Nissan have to prove that the parts that you put on your car are responsable for the failure.... So you can make the upgrades. If you happen to get a remap they will know, if you get a piggyback they wont. Before you make any mods, as I mentioned in the other post I would get a dyno then fit a plenum spacer and maybe zorst, then get a dyno, then fit a CAI and hi-flow cats (and perhaps the headers but they can be costly to fit and dont do that much depending on who you speak to) then get a finaly dyno before the piggyback to see what your gains are... Then get the piggyback to tie it all together. Again back to wtee dont think anyone that has bought decent parts has had any issues caused by the mods apart from the odd CEL light thrown by the hiflows... Also just so your aware, depending on how they are fitted, the ECU can over ride the piggyback and your back to stock!

Gary @ GTart uses UnichipQ and is alot less than Abbey... 320bhp is a lot to ask for and is also dependant on what your car is giving now... the chance of you finding a car thats doing 280bhp stock on a pre 07 is pretty slim! If you are going to do anything I would have the car on a dyno as stock somewhere your not going to have the work done, then go to where your having it done, they will base line it so check the numbers they give you against your initial test. Just going to answer your questions about headers etc in your other post!

http://liljerk.morpheus.net/350Z/ for dash removal. Run the mic cable up the drivers side (just unclips) and into the roof liner, no need to remove just push in. IPOD connector to rear cubby is the least of your issues! Easiest job of them all!! 5 screws and loads of space!

Not sure at the moment Chris about the CANBUS, anything I can look at to check? Info updates are pretty instant... Am wanting to change my CAI now to see if different ones make for different heat and air intake volumes! Also, if you go with the HKS F-Con for FI setups ( ) you can change the maps and settings on the fly...

Careful when you are tidying the wires and "wrapping" them up, its tight as a gnats chuff at the back of the HU when you put it in and you will need to be hiding wires, clips and boxs in any space available! There are a couple of "holes" to the left and right of the back of the HU that you can "stuff" the cables and loom clips into, careful on the one to the right of the hu as there is an airbag clip and also where the cup holder retracts, I couldnt get the cup holded back in due to cables! The one on the left goes into a big void under the steering wheel so thats a pretty good side to aim for... Good luch when your putting it together! Its a tad frustrating but worth it in the end

Cheers mate, thanks for getting it too me! Shame it took 5 months for me to get it all sorted.... I could have been one of the First! Costs... CAMP2 off Adam at a good price when it was $2-£1... KOS-L702 screen used off my350z for a steal (and good exchange rate!_) and KOS-V500 off ebay for a decent price..

Finally got my 2nd screen installed using a Kenwood KOS-V500 connected to a KOS-702 screen and a using a HKS CAMP2 EMS. Given that there is bugger all space behind the double din unit the Kenwood KOS system makes pretty good sense as its needs one cable to run between the screen and the media box. Media box has more inputs and outputs than you will probably need but makes for an easily expandable system. Media Box accepts USB, iPod, digital in, bluetooth, satnav etc etc and then the screen has touch screen functions and a remote. Anyway some pics of the CAMP2.. Was interesting to see today on the way back on the M25, I was doing 70mph running at 2950rpm and using 40 of the available horses! Screen looks a tad bright but it automatically dims when you turn the lights on...

Not many places in the UK can or do remapping of the Zed due to cost of software and there not being many of us about! Piggybacks are more popular, and I would highly recommend Gary @ GTart in Lewis. You dont commute round the redhill area do you? There are a few of us in the area

Nope I think you have to put in a different mic. Have 2 in mine now anyway, I think I asked the guy to use the one in the car but as I plan to remove everything if and when I sell, it was easier to have the 2 and not chop any wires!

Controls still work, but not in the way they are supposed too! Green phone now switches inputs (i.e Ipod, radio etc) Volume works as does the track / station changer. Cant remember what the other one does! Just set your phone or the HU to auto answer on BT within 8 rings, that means it gives you the chance to hit the send to VM button when the boss rings!
