Just to clarify on the post, the nismo ones are stick on, they have an adhesive 3m backing but if put on properly they stick like the whatsit to a blanket... Sure there was a how to somewhere! I have seen some of the other ones and they are no where near the quality of the nismos...

True, suppose thats really what you need.... I have found I have caught the end of my side skirts next to the rear wheel as they slope down slightly...

KW susp is about what $2.5k so that means $7.5k for the kit... More than the Robertura and they are an established company.. You would have thought the new boy on the block would have been trying to undercut...

Lets not forget crawling along at 2mph over anything not flat, having to judge if you will get down the slope without grounding your lip.... Oh and the balancing on the top of a speedhump before you slowly go down the other side of the speedbump so you dont load the suspension... And the face you have to make when you do scrape the sides and there is always some old codger watching you and they always make the same condesending face and you can imagine the tut uttering from their mouth..... Oh and the great "Do you mind getting out of the car whilst we go over this bump, we seem to be close"................. If it fits mine you can guess which way I will be going!

Think Phil was talking to KW about this in the past. Works on the same principle as the Roberuta cups that Top Secret do for the Zed but a lot cheaper... Think it was about £2k as aposed to the Roberta's that are about 4k Roberuta cups are fitted on lambos and fezzas to raise the cars for speedbumps etc so they have no effect on the handeling what so ever!

I GOT IT!!!!! Lets just et Uri Geller to concentrate on it........but he might bend your whole car in the process...... No not Uri........ If he did it all our cars would bend all at the same time !! Hes too much of a sticker removing pro, one little thought of removing a sticker could render all the Zeds in world undriveable!! Actually, Uri could be very usefull in the making of custom zorsts and headers for the Zed... And his mate Russel Grant could help in forecasting what bhp your Zed will make with Mods before you go FI!!

Where would be the best place to get these mate for a decent price? Drop Chilli Red a PM, they are part of Envy Performance and they had the plenum spacers on the shelf when I was there on Sunday

I would go for the plenum spacer and hi flows then the remap to start.. Then look at the suspension (I take it you have stock?) Just my opinion!

I will apply the lemon solution, and then both of us can stare very hard at the sticker... It will be off in no time, if there are 4 of us staring at the sticker and thinking "dissolve sticker, dissolve" whilst chanting ancient sticker removing prayers, it will take at least half the time of 2 of us doing it....

Think you need to work out realistically what your expecting.... After the previous posts about power increase I think you need to work out your expectations... If its cause on a road (pointless racing ) that your getting beaten in a straight line by other cars? Or is it just cause you have a magical BHP number in mind? Lots of old hats on here will tell you how hard it is to make major improvements to what the car has already, and you will never know the true numbers of the car until you take the engine out and get it on a crank dyno... If its cause your getting beaten in a straight line, learn to drive the car and get on a track with it... Have been on tracks where 200bhp cars are easily beating 400bhp cars getting past in the bends and going in and out of them.... Just cause you got 300bhp in a car dosnt mean you can use it...

Chilli Red have plenum spacers in stock, you may need to remap again thought.. Dont get an interfooler unless your going F/I no point really. Suspension and brakes is another way to get more out of the car... Its not all about getting 0-60 in the fastest time... If you havnt got the suspension tweeked and set up properly you wont be getting the most out of your car... Oh and a day at CAT driver training will give you more out of your current car than anything else, apart for FI!! Most important, whats the budget and are you going to do the mods yourself?

Hmmm... Not sure about it not self centering... It should do it almost to a point, you may need to give it a little nudge one way or the other just to get it totally true.. It may just need alignment, as its a RWD and if the front wheels are out of true then this will show... Not a hard adjustment to get done. Me and another forum member went to get alignment done the other day and his was out of line on both front and back, front point left and rears pointing right, now all sorted and hes much happier with the difference. Wheels are as Lexx says! Where is the car?

Sticky Stuff Remover from Robert Dyas..... Or WD40, or anything that has an ammount of citrus in it as the natural acid will break down the stickystuff (Probably more alkaline based...)
