  1. Inspector Sarni of the Yard Good spot mate!
  2. What to be able to give one a lift over there? And yes Keith, I hear mark spends lots of time "docking" during the day... :bye: (HIIIIII YAAAA... Oh that was more an Alan Carr Hiiii Yaaa than a Bruce Lee Hi Yaaa!!)
  3. And this is what happens if he sees a civic now!!
  4. Mmmmm like the sound of a little drive accross to HK and then shipping from there... Good luck with whatever you do / happens to it...
  5. Look out for Jerry in the Purley / Coulsdon / Hooley area!!! Hes seen sitting on the side of the road with his binoculers
  6. Hey Jerry.... OWNED.....!!! You cant sit on the side of the road watching out for any passing Zeds to throw up a spotted!!!
  7. Guessing from the bulge its a stillen, didnt know they could do 410 and if it is then it should have some internal work if not I would leave alone... Also most of the normal clutches are rated to 350bhp, if its over they may need changing.... If it was me the only supercharged one I would have is the one I did myself! Personally dont like the stillen due to the bonnet bulge.... Wasnt there another TT or SC on Autotrader recently?
  8. With the chargespeed kit they look the dogs dangely things.... Not a fan of the frost leather though!
  9. Tis brilliant, great sound and looks tres cool too!!
  10. Lol!!! You almost lost yours after wales But I couldnt do it too you!
  11. maybe i need to give it some time to settle down. just fancy a little more burble. just wonder if the Cats will do it, what are peoples thoughts on the kinetix cats. i'm tempted by the joint over on cats and plenum as i fancy the plenum at some point. Its used isnt it so shouldnt need to "settle"... Not will change with hi-flows and manifolds do give it a different noise but many would argue that the cost / noise isnt worth it (also less pop and burble now I had mine done!) ... They do change as they heat up but guess you found that out now!!
  12. Hii Rob I spent a month trying to find one, and in the end was convinced they don't exist Theyr'e just a figment of Dans imagination you tried going into your local toyota / lexus showroom? Or when searching ebay click on the worldwide link!! As a really good and trick alternative there are these http://www.superiorhp.com/catalog/produ ... s_id=24309
  13. If it had a black and silver plate then it could have been wizard... Couple of black ones up and down the brighton road... And 2 midnight blue ones aswell!
  14. AEM is pretty good, Nismo intake is actually a rebadged AEM! If you do fit that and keep it long you will need to remove the 2nd windscreen washer tank... You can run them as a short ram but you will need a heat sheild and they done come with one... My preference is the typhoon but keep the heat shield on!! As Martin say Nismo is about £1200, cat remember if that is ypipe or cat back, plenty of other options out there like the 5zigen for the same money... Give Envy a call (Gaz Walker or Chilli Red on here!) as they can help...
  15. Just ask a CR-V owner if they want better reception and swap it with them! Also they dont notice when you do it and dont ask!
  16. cant see the ad, what colour, year, cost, where?
  17. Its quite simple... dont buy a copy kit unless its from a company like shine that specialises in replicas... They buy the used molds and use the same process and materials as the originals... the reason why they are cheaper is that they dont have the R+D I dont think I have seen or heard many reports where the original kits are a problem, mine certainly wasnt... Seen some shocking copys recently and seen ones where the body shops have said "sorry not touching that its not worth it!" when you get a body shop like that you know you have a good one as they wouldnt want to put their name to rubbish... If a kit dosnt fit properly when its offered up then its basically gash... As the old saying goes, you cant polish a turd....
  18. Pay attention pike!!! viewforum.php?f=82
  19. Was on the M4 today but not that far West... only as far as Newbury!
  20. It could well be!! Esp if its the one that comes off the battery!!!
  21. point is that the air is dense when it comes in, it may heat but it will travel too quick to make a difference under load. pipe should also be heat resistant or at least shouldnt retain heat so the colder the air the better it equals out. I have heard of drag cars using ice or dry ice around the airbox to create denser air buy cooling the heatsheilds / inlets
  22. We could trade for a week and review if you want Mark? yeh cool, my camp2 can record intake temps and flows so would be an interesting test!
  23. Leave it where is is mate, its better there, but happy for you to try my typhoon on there to see if there is a difference as I wanted to try out a long tube!
  24. MAF is under the CAI so its nice and neat!
  25. In essence the only things the UK car got as an upgrade was heated leather seats and a bose (clarion) stereo unit and I belive the rays wheels with the 3 spots on each spoke of the wheel (please correct me on that if I am wrong) Phone came without the bluetooth module, that came free after 2005 I think. Xenons and Headlamo washers (legal requirment for xenons in the uk) came on all the cars...
