I think doing it this way would work, but if the traders had their own sections some of the smaller newer traders could get ignored and left out.

Personally I would leave the bath in. From all the property programmes I'm forced to watch it seems that showers are ideal and the bath could limit your market a little bit but I'd have thought someone would see it as a feature and it could push someone towards buying your house over another

350z engines are made to last about 200k miles. They feel better and better with age as well. There are some on pistonheads for around 8k on import tho with less miles

Mine works fine, got it for £60 i think with some haggling. Only problem is no-one can hear me and I have to shout at any speed about 50mph. Suppose I did go out and buy a K1 tho. . .
