  1. Anyway to swap private messages with dynorun? That always shows up. I'm guessing pm is more utilised that dynorun?
  2. It doesn't show on my htc, or the N97 I had before. I have to go the long way round - that 1 extra click adds up! only problem is with my fat fingers, it's easy to press 'log out' instead of 'private messages'. Doesn't bother me tho, no-one wants to pm me anyway
  3. I'm thinking of what to buy my girlfriend for christmas, and, being a bloke, I'm looking to buy her something that I can't justify to buy for myself, but if I buy it for her and use it then it's ok. Andrea has taken to using my laptop for eBay, and using my account. She also spends her time looking at wedding dresses, venues and favours. We're not engaged, and something tells me she's trying to give me signs... My options are between a tablet thingy (ideally not apple) or a small laptop/netbook like this here. I don't need to have 3G, wifi will be fine. I need it to be able to use Microsoft word or equivalent, go onto eBay, be relatively easy to use the keyboard for typing and to be able to access http://www.skillsfile.org. I do some work on building sites, and can't be carrying a large laptop around. The battery needs to actually last for about 6 hours. I also don't mind buying second hand as long as it's in good condition. Budget is around £200-£250, but that's flexible. Anyone got any advise, experience or ideas?
  4. Using the Titan in the Z, but put Gulf in the Honda Accord. Not quite the same car, but it's performing very well and no issues. If Opie recommend it then it's worthwhile, I trust their advice.
  5. Surprised pieces of art like that aren't snapped up and displayed at 350z-uk HQ
  6. I have leaky rocker covers too, was ZMANALEX wrong? Is it repairable?
  7. Belive it or not, it's one of the most lucrative scams going. It's amazing how many people fall for this scam, and the one where they claim to be a king in Nigeria, and want to give you a £1,000,000 for temporary use of your bank account, but they need £3000 first. People fall for it
  8. It's from FunkyPower.co.uk. http://www.funkypower.co.uk/catalogue.p ... oduct=6983 Not ordered yet, so will update if/when I do.
  9. Cheers Mike, found a site that sells them now. Will wait to see if any traders on here sell them first before buying.
  10. As some of you know, the reason I've not been round much recently is because we have a baby, which takes up a surprising amount of time. Thought it's about time I threw a couple of pictures up on here to show off a bit. Jackson was born on 15th May 2011 at 8lb 6oz. He's a bit of a brute now, weighing nearly 19lbs. Everything's well so far, and no signs that I'll have to give up the Zed yet either Here is a picture of him still at the hospital when he was a proper baby Coming home and a pic where he's pulling a funny face
  11. I'm really struggling to find replacements for my indicator bulbs, the ones for the front headlights. Everywhere I go, including Halfords and Nissan seem to only stock the bayonet fittings, and mine are capless. I've tried the traders I can think of, and bought some off eBay but none fit! Can anyone supply them? I ideally want chrome ones, but orange will do as it's MOT month. Thanks
  12. Or you could pay a little more to avoid commiting insurance fraud
  13. You don't buy a performance car to save money. Nissan recommends using super unleaded, so use super unleaded
  14. The wheels and tyres combined were cheaper than buying just 2 of the tyres

    SOLD

Bargain for a grand. My Mother In Law had one of these and rated it. GLWTS!
  16. Just to let you know, I went to order my tyres from Oponeo. When I came to put the delivery address in, there wasn't enough lines to put all the address in, and I didn't want to leave it to luck. So I went to ring the company, and the free phone number did not work. So I went with Camskill
  17. I did think that, but there are a couple of reviews on google which are positive. Although I appreciate anyone can write reviews. . . If they were dodgy I'd have thought there'd me more negative feedback etc. Some of the workding on the site doesn't read right either, I'm guessing it's been written by a polish employee.
  18. My tyres are only £10 cheaper than Camskill, but every penny counts. A company to bear in mind for anyone ordering tyres. I'll order from them and let you know how I get on.
  19. Has anyone ever used Oponeo? http://www.oponeo.co.uk They're a Polish tyre company, seem to have good reviews and are cheaper than anywhere else I can find for my tyres.
  20. Cheers Alex, question answered.
  21. That's pretty incredible work! Love the use of screws to stick everything together. Slightly more advanced than duct tape
  22. Following on from this topic viewtopic.php?f=25&t=47641&start=15 Out of interest, what would be cheaper. Putting a 370z engine and tt kit into a 350z to get 500bhp, or forging a 350z engine with tt to get 500bhp? I'm guessing the 370 engine would be better as the engine itself has not been fettled with? I know these are probably pointless questions for me as I'm not planning to do anything, but someone will at some point I'm sure.
  23. Is this the true cost or the cost the missus thinks it is? Can't really remember the costs of everything Mods I've still got on the car: Wheels £1200 Plenum spacer ~£200 Lowering springs ~£100 + fitting Leather trimmed interior £500 ACT clutch and flywheel £600 + fitting Stillen engine damper ~£100 (fwiw) Mods I've bought and now taken off: Veilside V1 body kit £400 + £600 fitting Carbon fibre engine cover ~£30 Carbon fibre interior kit £80 Carbon fibre dial cover £20 Pipercross CAI ~£120 K1 exhaust ~£350 Not too bad compared to some Lot of wasted money though. . .
