  1. I used these http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/390639357203 Plenty of variations available, the front side lights, number plate lights and the interior dome lights all use these bulbs Well worth doing all of them, number plate lights look much better with led's
  2. I did this today, I used 501 leds, it makes a big difference The original bulbs are very yellow and don't match the headlight, I changed them through the inner arch liner, takes 10 mins each side Well worth doing imo
  3. Good to hear it went well Colin
  4. discs posted to cmp99 thanks again to cs2000, I had problems with some discs, disc 2 I tried at least 20 times with varying intervals, so I copied the disc and it worked straight away, I did the same with disc 3, I have included these in the post for cmp99, new discs are easier to read for the h/u and can be copied slower

  12. The general consensus is "If you use the right products, you can successfully layer waxes and sealants to make your paint look deeper and almost liquid" just google layer wax, iirc someone has used a measurement (micrometer type) for layering wax anyhoo i think this is all a bit ot for the op, 2 buckets with grit guards is a good start
  13. I dread to think what his family are going through, my son has toured afghan, my heart goes out to them RIP Liam
  14. I have purple haze which is a great wax but i would highly recommend you get a panel pot of dodo supernatural, that stuff is brilliant use as little wax as poss and dont allow it to dry too much on the panel, use can swipe test it with your finger to test if it is dry, it should swipe off cleanly and not smear It helps (especially if its cold) to either spray some quick detailer into the pot or on to your pad, this will make the wax easier to spread more evenly If you decide to layer the wax then give each layer 24hrs to cure, otherwise you are just removing the initial layer as a polish i would recommend poorboys black hole or Poorboys Polish With Carnauba - Blue, both are easy on/ easy off polishes and give a brilliant wet look shine, they contain fillers so they help with swirls or small scratches, give either a go, you be disappointed
  15. Hi Will I have a 9 month old doberman (snoop), he has a great temperament and is very friendly but i have a problem which is very annoying. He will not come back when he is called, it took 45mins to get him back recently ! Even if i have a treat he will not come back what can you recommend ? I am willing to take to time to resolve this Ps. my son is in the marines (42 commando) and did a tour of afghan, atm he is training and i've got a feeling Libya is the next stop, my heart goes out to your friends parents

  21. this stuff works great on gunmetal then after put some dodo over the top if you want it to last ClearKote Vanilla Moose Wax Hand Glaze does a little bit of everything by cleaning your paint and enhancing the shine. It helps remove ultra fine surface imperfections first so the paint is cleaner and glossier. The coating of glaze helps fill in imperfections and adds a dramatic layer of gloss and shine! Vanilla Moose Wax Hand Glaze can be applied by hand or with a buffer and should be hand removed with a quality microfiber towel. Be sure to shake the product vigorously prior to using. After applying VMWHG, be sure to protect your paint with your favorite sealant or wax. Very easy to use and gives the best result of any polish on gunmetal ( i've tried many different polishes )
