  1. If you use glossworkz there is a noticeable difference, my car gets washed that often it is never really dirty, so I want shampoo that will not remove too much polish and will give a good gloss Maxi suds and glossworkz I use but really glossworkz is not a shampoo it's a gloss enhancer and paint cleanser, that's why I have maxi suds for when it does need a wash

  4. Too true I have done all the others and I never use the vanity mirror but ocd took over and it had to be done
  5. Good info, did this today, exactly the same on the 370z I used a very small screwdriver between the hinge and glass frame (small gap on the side) to lever the light cover off, this way you are nowhere near that thin mirror glass

  10. Welcome ! Be careful the chipped glass doesn't damage the rubber when it's raised and lowered, looks a clean example Powered delivery on the zed is very linear, deceptive, it's quicker than it feels
  11. Difficult because you have the hfc's Without I would say invidia, I have heard one off the forum and it sounded very nice, not too much Never read a bad review of the invidia and I like the slash end pipes The milltek I have read can be a bit too oem without hfc's but maybe sounds good with them, never heard one I know this doesn't help, I'm in the same boat but trying to hang until I hear what I really want as its a lot of cash to waste I find the oem system that quiet that I've had to alter my driving, I would normally change gear by sound but find I have to use the rev counter now
  12. Believe it or not it is the same for a lot of people on the 996 forum, it's called Porsche paranoia There are so many reports of engine failures, ims, bore scoring, rebuilds etc that people become scared to drive them A lot of people sell up due to this as a rebuilt engine is almost the value of the car now
  13. I enabled the camera in the hidden settings on display. The camera is compatible with the lines set on the system as default so I had nothing to set up it took 30 seconds to enable it. It's the exact same lines as the ones that were in the Infiniti G37 courtesy car I had. The camera is just as good in quality also. is it actually set up ? do the lines curve to show you the direction of travel when you are altering the steering ? cheers Paul pics in this thread as its difficult to explain.. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/69820-some-new-modsreversing-camera-and-kick-plates/
  14. I paid more for the camera but it has a much wider angle than the one shown and I got the cable off ebay 2nd hand, still cost much more than £80 though
