  3. Mine does without any modification
  4. Have you got a link to the car so we can have a look?
  5. Correct, the USDM Nismo rear spoiler has quite large gaps between the wings and the boot - I have a genuine USDM Nismo and it looks exactly like the pictures the OP posted. Maybe people should check their facts before they make sweeping statements (The USDM side skirts are also different to the JDM ones as well). GLWTS of a genuine Nismo rear spoiler
  6. 7. I fits a 313 surley its not due for plugs yet???? 5years or 50 something thousand, tell them to stick it mate, there quite obviously taking the P** Plugs only need doing at 5 years or 54,000 miles. Most seem to change them at around 45,000 miles as that's when they start to go off a bit. You may not need them doing (and the dealer is just trying to pull a fast one)?
  8. There is a largish entrance to Cadwell that we can wait in till everyone gets there. Either 7.15 am at Caenby Corner or 8 am at Cadwell then Can people please indicate where they will meet us on the list so we dont lose anybody 1 / Attak z +1 - CONFIRMED 2 / Chesterfield - CONFIRMED - Cadwell 3 / Lincolnbaggie - CONFIRMED - Caenby Corner 4 / Mitch +1 - CONFIRMED 5 / Frenzy +1 - CONFIRMED 6 / Madmarky - CONFIRMED 7 / Bladesgrant - CONFIRMED - Cadwell 8 / Ikarus +1 - CONFIRMED 9 / Shire +1 - CONFIRMED - Cadwell 10/ ian.lewkowicz - CONFIRMED - Caenby Corner 11/ ScottSoulby +1 - CONFIRMED 12/
  9. As long as you are there at 8 am we should see you when we arrive Makes no difference
  10. Hi there, and welcome to the forum As said, most of the questions and answers are already on here somewhere, so try a search. Import v UK has been done loads of times and the JDM section should help you out (eg viewtopic.php?f=37&t=1781); also, check the servicing section for prices that people pay for servicing. Good luck in your search for a 350
  11. I know, but the public gates open at 9 am and we want to be sorted before then
  12. Is everyone okay for Caenby Corner? Let's say the coffee shop (Coffee D'Amore I think) next to the petrol station just off the roundabout. 7.15 am meet for a 7.30 departure to arrive Cadwell just after 8 am to set-up etc? Any problems, let me know.............
  13. Marky, I've got a spare bed if it helps (I'm only three miles from Caenby Corner) or there is a little b&b on the roundabout itself but I can't remember the name. I'm at Cadwell on the Saturday as well for a track day and won't be back till fairly late but I'm sure we can organise something if you're stuck.
  14. Sounds like interference through the RCA cables. Have you put anything near them or have they moved? Usually happens when they run near the power cables.
  15. Stick on ones from Halfords work fine - there are fitting instructions included and the circle bit aligns with a little dimple on the headlamp. Real easy.
  16. Worth putting them on in my opinion - daytime can be dark as well if you get storms and they are only a few quid from Halfords. Don't give the rozzers over there an excuse to pull you IMHO.
  17. We've purchased 12 tickets for this now, and only have ONE free ticket and stand pass left for you guys. First come, first served on this. Add your name below and confirm on the meeting planner (link in the top menu, next to "Chat"). We'll meet up in advance to hand out tickets etc and then convoy in together. Most seem happy that Caenby Corner is convenient, so suggest we meet there (its at the junction of the A15 and A631, west of Market Rasen)? Times etc to be sorted in the week. 1 / Attak z +1 - CONFIRMED 2 / Chesterfield - CONFIRMED 3 / Lincolnbaggie - CONFIRMED - Okay to meet at Caenby Corner 4 / Mitch +1 - CONFIRMED 5 / Frenzy +1 - CONFIRMED 6 / Madmarky - CONFIRMED 7 / Bladesgrant - CONFIRMED 8 / Ikarus +1 - CONFIRMED 9 / Shire +1 - CONFIRMED 10/ ian.lewkowicz - CONFIRMED 11/ ScottSoulby +1 - CONFIRMED 12/ Also, all those bringing +1's, please note it's cheaper if you buy your +1 tickets online before Wednesday (£15) rather than wait to pay on the day (£20) - go to http://www.modifiedlive.co.uk/page.php?a=5&s=90&p=78
  18. There were turbo kits available for the Rover V8 To be honest, if you're putting it into a 240, the Rover will be plenty powerful enough if you get a later one - they worked pretty well in the older TVRs. My old SD1 Vitesse was pretty quick enough and that weighed a lot more than a 240 I would imagine. There are plenty of tuning options on them (though not that cheap I must admit), but as you say they are cheap to buy and dead easy to rebuild as well.

  20. You actually use 1p pieces but be careful - a lot of people have had the paint crack above because the spring is then sitting too high. Much better to get the struts regassed/uprated instead to do the job properly (having said that I've used the penny trick with no issues )
  21. Having done a quick search it appears there are two fuse boxes in the engine bay (one behind the battery as well - you have to remove some of the plastic trim) so it may be there. I can't find a fuse location plan anywhere - nothing in the manual or owner's handbook. Anyone else help here?
  22. Pretty sure there's only two.
