  1. Glad you have the results. Cod liver oil and regular massage will certainly help. Long term pain relief may be a way forward for you but only go down this road when it gets really bad. No heavy lifting either. Take it easy matey
  2. Welcome
  3. What a brilliant event despite the weather (well it is named the Lake District for good reason ). Well done to Martin and the rest of the team who put this event on. Brilliant We managed to raise another £61 selling wristbands for the Japanese Tsunami/Earthquake appeal which all helps towards the cause . Well done to everyone who has contributed so far. For those people who put their names down and did not attend the LakeZ event without letting Martin or the team know in advance, I would suggest sending him the money (£15 per person). Martin paid for the outgoings for this event from his own pocket. Those people concerned, come on, do the right thing Put the tent out to dry last night but did not get it back inside in time this morning before the heavens opened ........it's wet again Great to meet new people and old (sorry I did not recognise you at first nixy................does this mean I get one of your famous slaps ) I will let everyone know when the photo I took from the top of the hotel is sent to the production manager at Tochigi Roll on the next event

  5. Ford ST. Great car for the money. 25 - 30 MPG though if petrol costs are a worry. That is what I would go for if I wanted something with a bit of poke for £10 - 12k
