I'm an ex type R owner too. There's really no comparison between them, the zed head and shoulders above. I get about 24 mpg on average but thats driving a combination of roads and in traffic, you can expect a lot more on a motorway. As said, don't rush into anything, get a good one!

Its a tricky one. In the past with other cars i've taken people out in it myself and then let them drive a short way third party. I'm not keen but who will buy a car without driving it first? And how do you get fully comp to test drive a car? Is this possible?

glad you got it sorted, i've left keys in the boot and the ignition loads of times while doing stuff, i'll think twice now! Although i do have two spares........NOT in the car!

your keys can't be locked in the boot - best thing I would recommend is a fingertip search around your house, drive and in all your pockets!

that's really weird but if you have a new battery and are still having to charge it regularly then obviously there's an underlying issue that needs investigating. These little none start up issues seem to crop up quite a bit lately. I have a JDM and have had it three years now, it has an aftermarkert alarm (as they all have to have), which is a Cobra, i've never had a problem yet though - touch wood. Hope you get it sorted. You might need to get an auto electrician or an alarm specialist to have a look at it.

oh no sounds nasty. You don't appreciate just how hard that makes life. My mate broke her wrist a few months ago and me and some other girls had to take turns to go and wash her hair every day! Hope it gets better soon, not being able to drive is a real annoyance.

I'd be interested in that too. I have some engine and machine cleaner that I use now and then but I'd like to know which bits i can get wet and which bits not etc. I have no clue. I'm sure some people put the hose pipe under the bonnet but i wouldn't dare.

Nurrish could get some pink ones! Actually if the colour is chosen carefully these look really good. The gold ones only look good on the sunset and possibly black car at a push. Another strange Nissan thing!
