Couldn't agree more! I can't even be arsed to read the rest of the debate as everyone is entitled to their own beliefs - i won't even bore you with mine but one things for sure its nobody else's concern! The main thing i picked up out of this whole thread was what a rude and ignorant woman Jay's mate's new GF is - whatever she believes in she should get some social skills - the person who is really thick here is the one that doesn't know how to behave in company! Wonder if she goes to church to attend weddings and christenings etc or if she tells the vicar he's a thicko for having his christian beliefs and then walks out of church!

When i worked for the police all the girls in my office got a lift to our xmas do in one of those - should have seen the other people in the restaurant when we all piled out the back of it!

The thing that gets me is that we pay all this for insurance we end up scared to claim on in case it costs more in the long wrong. We fiercely protect our no claims, pay for repairs from our own pocket to protect our insurance etc etc. Its a vicious circle a lot of the time. She knows she was in the wrong but has suddenly thought.........mm prove it. Anything thats not 100 percent cut and dried with witnesses etc can end up going 50/50 - its just not right.

The washer jets on the front (little squares) are on uk cars only. A jap car COULD have had the rear bumper replaced so its not a definite if it has a normal looking plate that its a uk car. To be honest unless you particularly want a GT for the leather or cruise I would just go for the lowest miles best looked after car whether GT or not, import or not.

Its a really hard decision - which useless lot to vote for??? On a pure selfish level i would say the one that leaves most money in my pocket at the moment the way my life stands but to be honest that's none of them! I know i can't vote conservative as they are definitely going to make cuts that could put me out of work if they get in!

I normally take my car to a nissan specialist in Malton - i would much rather take it somewhere like Lee's place but its one of those things weighing up the cost of getting there and back etc to see if its worth while.
