Bell's APR is really high - last year i put it on my credit card as that was cheaper than their installments which were a good hundred quid on top of the premium! £432.50 with Chris Knott - im very happy with that! And i've got points on my licence.

Girl at work just got a brand spanking new Audi TT - ok she's having a midlife crisis and the husband had to buy her it before she picked up a toy boy instead BUT....she got it on saturday, first time she brings it to work today and its covered in muck and bird crap! Why bother??

Just got a quote which is significantly cheaper than my renewal with Bell or anywhere else i can find. I need to pay in installments and unlike Bell who bump it up dramatically its only cost a few quid more. Well impressed!

Well i do have a full history.........if anyone can read japanese - its all in a nice book stamped up but god knows what it means. It had a basic service when it came in at Envy 3 years ago, a service the time after by a local garage and then a service at an authorised Nissan specialist last year but I'll need to find the job sheet to see what was done as they've written the wrong thing in the book! I've booked it in for a P3 regardless now.

Thats the problem with importing a car. You have to tax mot insure and service all at once when it comes in so EVERYTHING is always due at the same time all at once!

My car is an import and the hole under the strut brace where the tonneau goes has a net in it which does the job fine. However, Markie has sold his zed and has given me the official nissan tonneau out of his car. It's got all sorts of fixings with it and I don't think i have anything in my zed that it will attach to. There were even special holes in his boot mat that some fixings came through but I don't have those. Does anyone know how it fits?

I admire your courage to do something about your situation - I'm in a similar boat, i don't have any debt as such but struggling from month to month until my house sells. I flatly refuse to give up my zed though - I would live in it in a sleeping bag first but I guess that's because its the main thing in my life right now that I enjoy. I'm not sure how you'll get on with an s2k and i do think they look a bit girly for a big bloke like you to be driving but i'm sure it will be fun to drive. Best of luck.

My car is due a service. The last one was at 27k a year ago but the guy at Nissan has written M2 in my book which is obviously wrong and applies to a different type of engine. According to the book it should have had a P1. My car has now done 40k (yes i know its late) so I don't know which service it needs now. I'm presuming a P3 which should have been done at 36k. Its a 2003 car. Any ideas guys?
