Even though I have an import and would definitely go down that road again I don't think I'd do it with such a young car purely because of no warranty.

very easy. The only downside is that you can't watch anything else while you copy stuff from your sky box to DVD so if you're like me you end up with a big list of stuff saved you intend to put on DVD but never do! I have multi room so I tend to record stuff straight onto the DVD recorder from the other box.

it's a shame you've had a bad start with it - i wouldn't be without it now! You can even send record stuff via the website or by sending a text if you're not at home!

we had problems with our first sky plus box and had to have it swapped. Looks like you might have to do that! I would usually say unplug it all and leave it for 10 mins to reset but if you've got sound that seems an unlikely option.

I meant to post this a while back but never got round to it. Anyway, until recently I had some latvian neighbours who were over here working, they were a nightmare but eventually when it got a bit quieter I started to chatting to one of them who was a car enthusiast although the language barrier was a difficulty. He came over and looked in my car at the speedo and then turned to me and said - my porsche 10km's faster! What do you guys think? And bearing in mind he's on a gas bottle and behind that fence there are 3 LPG tanks it's lucky my house is still here!

I reckon I've lost the equivalent every year on cars as my hubbie burns in fags so who cares! seriously though, I have never kept cars very long, always moving onto the next thing before I lose too much money but never having a car long enough to even want to change the stereo, this time I'm going to keep it longer and to hell with the depreciation.

well we got snow here in Yorkshire today but to be honest we don't get it that often, maybe a few days a year, hopefully this will be the first and last! We are poorly equipped for it and for some reason the whole country grinds to a halt after a few flakes! You can get hot sunny weather in April - like last year or it could be freezing cold and has even snowed! It rained for the whole of june and july just about last year but sometimes it can be glorious. It really is the most unpredictable place weather wise and that is the most irritating thing about it!

Sunset can look quite dull at times but put it in the sun and it looks amazing!

get a fuel filler restrictor like mine and you could be there until the garage closes!
