got next to a GM with Isle of Man plates on the York ring road today. A distinguished looking gentleman with grey hair and a beard headed off in the direction of Malton/Scarborough. Never waved but neither did I as I felt too stupid with my passenger (no I haven't got rid of her yet but I'm working on it)

No idea about good driving roads in my area but there are lots of car based events in the area with Elvington Air field hosting plenty of stuff including redline ten of the best and always something on at York dragway. I would imagine the best roads are out near the North York Moors on the way to Whitby etc.

Looks great - a proper head turner in white, they're ten a penny in blue. I agree with Sarnie on the roof scoop and massive spoiler but then again that would be the clincher for other people.

if you mean the speedometer then it has to be done by a professional. You can change it to tell you the speed in MPH you are doing by just changing the front face but it will still clock up the distance in KM's.

well worth the few quid it takes to sort it out. I did a HPI on a car I bought a few years ago and instead of it being a 206cc it said it was an audi TT. When I rang the owner and told him he was really worried about it but it turned out the dealership had printed the number plate wrong and put an X instead of a K - he had been driving around for a year with the wrong plates on!

what is the difference between the boot mat and the boot tray - I have something in mine that looks somewhere in between - it's a seriously thick carpet mat with a metal Z logo on it.
