  1. i bet the guy who did it was mortified! Hope you get it sorted soon.
  2. the more the merrier! I was also thinking of a night out in the 'hen party' style. apparently you can get a sash with 'just divorced' on it and L plates with a cross through them! Maybe a black veil?
  3. lazy gits! Tidy your desk drawers out or something!
  4. is there really any point in having a debate? If somebody wants to sell something for a certain price no amount of debate between people on here will change anything................
  5. haha, your stories have made me feel so much better! I'll let you all know when the party's on! And no Chris you don't have to be divorced to attend!
  6. No probs I know where you're coming from! Some people are professional complainers and have nothing better to do. I work in complaints about planning permission etc and I feel sympathy for you - they are the worse of the worse! Yeh, call it the 'Bungs out K1 party' And I LOVE that idea!
  7. that is not as mad as you may think..............i was thinking of a divorce zed meet at some point!
  8. Well said! In actual fact i'm very strict and consider myself to be a very considerate neighbour. If he even has his radio on while he's washing the car i tell him to keep it low so the neighbours don't have to listen to it. I hope when i move a big family with lots of brats that scream all day on a trampolene move in!
  9. i'm sure i'll have remembered by september!
  10. i'm sure you MUST be on it Stew, but i can't for the life of me think why it was.............However, Mike will forever be at the top of that list because nobody else could EVER be as rude as him!
  11. The only thing is, from now on i will have to make sure i keep a lid on it and not let things escalate because you have to declare any conflict with neighbours on a legal document when you sell your house! And I want to get out of here ASAP!
  12. I have a delightful next door neighbour - you know the type, curtain twitching nosey gossip who stays home all day. This one is so bad she actually sweeps the tyre marks off her gravel every time the husband goes on it in his car and we once caught her coming out of our back garden, no doubt after going for a look through our windows to see our house renovations...........She has a major problem with anyone under the age of 25. Her biggest gripe so far has been my son's girlfriend parking on the road outside OUR HOUSE and she actually swore at her and threatened to punch her lights out if she kept parking on the road. I'm unfortunately very non confrontational and a bit soft when it comes to anything like that, never complain in restaurants even when the foods rubbish etc BUT got home from a much needed chill out in France where i'd gone to get away from stresses of home life and divorce only to find that the b1tch has called the police! And why? Because my son went on a rare saturday night out in town, got home at 3am with his girlfriend and one mate and they were a bit noisy when they got out the taxi and woke her up banging the door! I was absolutely fuming! So i swallowed my nerve went round to her house and told her what i thought of her. I think I made it ten times worse but I felt so much better than i would have being my usual soft self! Looks like the new me continues! Wales, the hoon, bollocking the neighbours, what next ????
  13. had mine just over two years and still look over my shoulder every time i walk away from it after parking - hope you get the same enjoyment from yours and look forward to your pics!
  14. excellent - i'll definitely be getting a copy! Well done chaps
  15. That is so funny! Who are you again by the way??? Yeah, neither of them english
  16. yeah its not like you need a stand - the car park is right there next to the action anyway. In fact getting into the car park is pretty cool in itself - so many quick cars to look at and the constant noise of proximity alarms!
  17. was very relaxing thanks - back to the mayhem of home now!
  18. Drizzle only lasted a short while and then the burning heat was back. Another scorcher yesterday and today. Unfortunately back home now and no breakfast by the pool tomorrow! I have a skip arriving and will be hard at it all day throwing stuff in it! Will be back on the lookout for cheap flights again soon!
  19. Day 6 Yesterday was so unbelievably hot it felt like there was no oxygen in the air. Larked about in the pool most of the afternoon (unheard of for me....) The gin ran out so after the beers we moved on to a seriously dodgy looking spanish vodka that dad had lurking in the cellar. It was in a large container that you would usually find turps or cooking oil in........anyway, it did the trick! The most vigorous thing i managed all day was battling with a fly swat and a mosquito at about 1am........ Oh and true to form, markie is burnt again today............. Got up this morning and ..........................its drizzling!!!!!!
  20. Day 5: Still boiling (34 in the shade yesterday) Too hot for sunbeds Discovered Demi Peche as a g&t alternative drink while sat outside watching a Jazz band last night. Not burnt as I always use factor 15 (can't say the same for somebody else tho.........ouch!)
  21. Day 4: Still boiling Still on sunbeds May need to leave the house today as the gin and tonic is running out..............
  22. Tim, don't know if i am going to this yet but just an idea - maybe change the title to say that its near York/Hull/Leeds as we have a few members in that area now who may be interested but haven't read the post.
  23. Just popped in to get out of the sun for a few mins and find the whole thread degenerated into smut as per the usual suspects........... Oh and Beavis - markie says now you are 'out' he will take you for a weekend to blackpool and a night out at the 'flying handbag club' Don't forget your hotpants!
  24. South West, Midi Pyrenees. My parents have lived there 7 years. Getting a holiday for a £35 return flight makes it even better!
