I agree with Digsy. I think thats a very fair offer from a garage in order for them to make a profit but i would ALWAYS try to sell privately first - but then I always do!

its really easy to prise off with a small screw driver but be careful not to scratch! There's a massive space in there. I have one or two things thrown in there.

Bizarre story! Why on earth they made you wait all that time! Thats how long I had to wait for mine to be sorted all the way from Japan! Sounds like it might be a good thing for you as there are some nice ones about now, you may end up getting something newer for your money. Don't be put off imports by that experience. Have a look on here there's a couple for sale at the moment that are really nice.

he accidentally sent me a very odd email the other day with some strange attachments, I somehow ended up on a distribution list he'd done - wondered why he didn't reply when I emailed him back.............. Thank god it wasn't naked pictures of him again.......
