Jesus what a nitemare. hope everyone got back ok. i was sliding all over the place at 20mph. I ended up stopping and helping a guy on his motorbike. It was too slippy for him to ride! anyhow managed to get him home o.k.

All done, it was a pretty simple job. The bulbs i got don't seem to have changed the colour too much so i'll probably be getting some more. Thanks all for the advice!

In gear times?----- does it really matter when your planning on 400bhp? Ride? ---- I find its pretty good as standard, although the damping could be better, i dont find it too firm to be honest. Suspension (and brakes see below) are meant to be among the best mods though. TC -------- i find it pretty good, it does let a good deal of slip before it cuts power, if you manage to make it come on your probably not driving smooth enough. Turning it off is when you want to go sideways or on track. I find it comes on alot more when the roads are slippy. Weight under braking? ------ Yes you can, its a pretty heavy car. Although the standard Brembo setup isnt the worst. Specs? ---- theres plenty of info on here if you search, although the jap cars come in a completely different spec as the UK cars. UK has only 2 options and jdm more. The early jdm cars like mine have different suspension than the uk equvilant but this was changed at a later date. 06 i think. www.TDi-plc.com who post on here are well known and can offer plenty of options, turbo/supercharger. Theres some other companies on here as well that can help. I know i aint help you too much but the search function is your friend. Plenty of info floating about.

I agree with sl114. I dont know the history nor do i care. I think this type of stuff should be ignored. As long as he isn't doing it here, thats all im bothered about. If said person has an issue with (pathfinder or whoever) mainly with regards to racism then they should contact him either direct or speak to the authorities. end of. As mentioned theirs no place for racism, whether he's a moderator/politician or milkman. Keeping this slanging match going with new topics etc.. just makes me feel like i don't want to be part of the Z community and i'm sure thats not what you or others want. I came here to read, chat, laugh and discuss things about our Zeds. Slagging other people off is not on that list. As a club we should be spreading the LOVE and inviting anyone who is interested to our meets/forum etc.. should they decline thats there decision. Having a slanging match is only making us/this club look bad.

sorry to take the lords name in vain but ..... JESUS CHRIST!!!

Really hard to explain but as you can see it was on a bend. He was driving around 50mph on MY side of the road heading to my left (dont think he even turned for the bend) so i slammed on trying to turn away from his direction of travel (my right). He then tried to swerve back onto his side of the road hitting me at an angle. at this point i had pretty much come to a halt. This the pushed the front of my car onto his side of the road hence the final car positions. You cant see from that angle but his wheels are turned left. Bear in mind this all happened in only a couple of seconds. I was absolutely fuming and ready to kick his arse!! however my rear passenger was hurt and crying out and the other guys girlfriend had hurt her chest from the seatbelt, so i put things to aside and tried to help out. He initially blamed himself but when the police came to the hospital he changed his story (which peed me off even more especially as my friend was lying in a hospital bed!). He then said it was my fault but couldn't explain why?? Mmmm yeah rite! Anyway the police having interviewed the people in the car behind me and the car behing him knew he was lying and in a roundabout way cautioned him on what he was saying and that he could be done for lying etc.. Funny thing was, when i got the solicitors letter through he'd changed his plea again saying that he took full responsability. bloody numpty. anyway one gud thing to come out of it is i bought my 350z with the payout!! I agree, after coming from an new age impreza the running costs have nearly halfed. Fuel in my case is very similar but servicing is a hell of alot cheaper. To be truthfull i miss the impreza for its grip and sheer turbo grunt but i couldn't keep it after some mug drove into me!
