Steve i know what your saying but im planning on having a fun track day, i aint planning on acting like an idiot! If i could afford a 7 then i wouldn't be doing this. Getting a cheap car also enables me to use it to get me to work and back which i cudn't do in the 7 (60miles round trip on motorway) although it'd be kinda funny, plus theres not much i can strip from a 7. The whole idea of getting a normal road car is that i can have fun stripping it and modifying it easily with parts i can get from a local scrappy at next to no cost. This is a joint venture between a few friends. if the car breaks then we just weigh it in or scrap it and won't affect the wallet too much. Plus i who says i cant take the windscreen/windows/doors of the laguna haha

Ha Ha, no its not an elise! I'm thinking of buying a cheap (£100 max) car, tracking it and basically ragging the thing to pieces for abit of fun. They always say driving a slow car fast is more fun than driving a fast car slow. So my question is this, Am i mad? if i'm not completely bonkers what things should i be wary of? I've found one with MOT and Tax for less than £100, and pretty low mileage. I'll be able to strip it and do some cheapish suspension/brake mods etc.. at the same time i could use it to go to and from work whilst saving fuel and putting mileage on my Zed.

Ha Ha! but a cheap circuit board may i add.! Sarnie: Yeah kinda, had the subaru stuff since last june when i got my Zed, i thought its time i got rid of some stuff. With regards to the graphics card, i would rather someone else enjoy it, it'll play all the latest games. My new motherboard only accepts PCI-E so im on the look out for another card now and can't use this one. The £8 is to make sure P&P is covered.

these are preliminary sold - awaiting payment...... I really miss the impreza, it was one hell of a mental drive. I may have to sell the Zed later in the year. although i dont want to and love it more and more each day! I may end up getting a classic. Maybe a RB5 or type-r model.
