    I know what you are saying, but as written it is incorrect. The 245 is the width of the tyre and has no impact on rolling radius and hence speedo readings. The key figure is the profile of the tyre. If the profile of the tyre is 45, that means that the sidewall is 45% of the width from which and knowing the size of the wheel (17", 18") you can calculate the rolling radius You are absolutely correct and have explained it much better than my attempt

    Since the Rays are 18s and you currently are running 17s, if you increase the rear tyre size to 245 it will affect the gearing and speedo readings.

    You can leave the adapter in place no problem. Owners handbook has all the instructions for creating a phonebook, giving voice commands, etc.

    There's no reason I know of why it won't fit. IIRC, however, all models have ally bonnets.

    Agreed. I had a Clio 172 a few years ago and it used to average 36 mpg and even did 29 mpg on a track day at Castle Coombe.

    That's not my experience of them. I accept they're a big old bus and not exactly agile through the tight and twisties, but I found them to be very well planted through fast sweepers and overall very stable.

    It's mainly the door cards and the centre console so I guess they could be changed. Don't forget though that apart from the interior and the engine, the 06MY had revised headlights, LED rear lights, Bluetooth compatibility and a different front bumper and grille.
