  1. Very good tyres but make sure you work into them gradually. Dont want any nasty pics. IMO they are about as good as you can get. I'll second that
  2. Only if they were faulty and probably not without notifying you first. Even if they didn't get your permission, they will be itemised on the invoice.
  3. Looks very I agree on the spacers though.
  4. I recon on about 8-10K from the rears and judging by my fronts, I would say at least 15K
  5. Had em on mine for about 9K miles now and I rate them very highly. The rears are just about shot, bit still give good grip even in the wet. I shall be putting the same on again when I get round to it.
  6. Nemesis did some work on the car but I'm not sure exactly what.
  7. Anybody involved in or interested in motorsport should read this. A petition has been submitted to number 10 in an effort to get the government to take action in allowing activities that generate noise or nuisance, such as motorsport, to continue to do so providing that they have been present in a community for a longer period of time than the residents who complain about them. Please sign the peition by following this link: http://petitions.PM.gov.UK/livewithit/ Forward this email on to all of your contacts and we will see if we can make a difference
  8. Well done Martin I'm sure you will keep things ship-shape!
  9. Your ad looks fine and the with the low mileage it's a good buy for someone. My only suggestion would be to consider putting a 12 month MOT on it as 3 months is a bit short.
  10. I wish I had. It's one of those things you regret not taking more photos of when you had the chance. I owned the car back in the mid 70s and have only one pic of it in negative format.
  11. Bummer! Like Nixy said, dump the gate post.
  12. Used to run my Mk2 Escort with a 2.1 Pinto on 45s. And my old Brabham BT 29 ran on slide injection with 2.5 inch trumpets complete with tea strainers on the top to prevent the wildlife getting sucked in.
  13. This is a fun little tool: http://www.sloganizer.net/en/
  14. According to my service schedule, the P2 service interval which is carried out at 2 years or 18000 miles includes the brake fluid being replaced.
