  1. On a more sensible note (Sarnie ) the problem you have with the Zed is that any modifications are cancelled out by the ECU unless you go for a piggyback. So even a modest power increase can cost big bucks.
  2. Did you see it off the lights against the Charger! It absolutely whipped its ass![/quote ooooooh yes indeedy and the sound it made is enough to give you a sti**y
  3. I would tend to agree with Beavis. You really are spoilt for choice at the moment so long as you are prepared to travel. So unless you are 100% certain, leave it alone.
  4. The straight line acceleration of the Corvette was mind-numbing
  5. She's got a face like an arc welder's strike plate!!!!!
  6. Bit of a long shot but does anyone know the name or paint code of the white that Speedline use on their wheel rims?
  7. Price is for 4. They mainly improve the appearance but do sharpen up the turn in as well.
  8. Not wanting to take the bread from Phil's mouth but they are a piece of cake to fit yourself.
  9. FF's sake. When is this Nanny state going to put a stop to things like this happening by having real deterents in place. I just hope the owner finds out who was responsible for this and takes the law into his own hands by teaching the little b***ards a lesson they'll never forget.
  10. True, but I know someone who rolled a new Lotus on a trackday and stupidly wasn't covered on the insurance. A lot of money was paid to fix the car up but it wasn't reported. Not sure of the legality of doing that - I wouldn't want to buy it and an HPi wouldn't flag it up. +1 HPi are not worth it get a proper check Good point. Hadn't thought of that
  11. An HPI check will reveal if the car has suffered severe damage. The rest really is down to how confident you feel you are in assessing the overall condition of a car.
  12. Really feel for you bud. I hope you get it sorted out to your satisfaction.
  13. I think Chris hits the nail on the head here. Why would a Nissan dealer give someone else a potentally profit making vehicle when they could keep it themself. Generally speaking, main dealers cars have to meet quite stringent requirements from bodies such as the MAA and the manufacturer for which they are a franchise when selling used vehicles. The exception to this of course is if you were looking at a private sale from a member on this forum then there is likely to be some threads that would provide you with some insights into the condition, etc, of the car.
  14. Yes they did so this one is clearly not an 06 MY.
