  1. or maybe even 3 cars One country at a time Ian I'll have to dig out my passport & have more injections to make the trip over
  2. mine was upgraded last week from 2.5mb to 7mb
  3. Then i have complete faith My car should be totally finished by then too And mine
  4. Gay! You bought a white Iphone Looks much better, I think you were right not to get the lip blended in to the bumper. You just need a mesh grille now
  5. When I was looking at R34s I was in touch with both New Era & JM- Imports, both were really helpful but new era do seem to import the better quality cars but that shows in the prices of them I could never get very far with Zele, I was always told that they didn't like dealing with "outsiders"
  6. Knackered now, was out and 7.30 & then worked on the car until gone 8 Was good today though, that loud Diablo was
  7. Its been started Sounds great apart from the uber squealing belt
  8. Almost finished Coolant overflow & power steering tank refitted S/C belt on, IC pipe fitted, oil lines connected Once the bumper bar is back on then I can tidy up the oil hoses & get them tied to the bar. Slight problems - Oil catch can won't fit in the standard location, it interferes with the pulley so I am getting a new bracket made up tomorrow so that I can move it further along the radiator. Power steering belt is squealing a lot & needs to be tightened, I cant really see much under the car now though so I'll sort that once its light. Just the little jobs left to do now thought
  9. I was planning to collect them (for old times, not because i'm a big child ) but haven't found anywhere selling them yet
  10. Roughly I'd say about £7.5K on parts Time taken I would say is about 45-50 hours Not bad considering I've never done anything like this before Finally got done around 7.30, she purrs quite nicely Full update will follow once I've sorted the pictures out
  11. Good to see you again today Next time I WILL be in the Z
  12. What trouble? Its just a little tight & costs about £10 more to buy Not forgetting that I'm not like most people Gains from a bigger IC are minimal for the outlay of a bigger IC I already have a larger oil pan & an oil cooler aswell as a dedicated oil cooler for the S/C so am pretty well stocked on the cooling side of things. I do have a smaller pulley to go on but I void the warranty if I fit it myself
  13. Nearly finished. If I get back from cheddar earlyish tomorrow I might be able to start the car tomorrow Jobs left: Secure IC pipe Plumb in BPV Refit power steering tank Refit coolant overflow tank Refit oil catch can Fill with coolant Fill with oil and then just a few final checks. There are a few other bits that need doing but because I can't jack the car up then I'm gonna get them done at Abbey next month
  14. At times I've felt like giving up, but I'm quite enjoying it & learning a load as I've gone along With nothing in the front of the engine bay you have loads of space, once the bigger radiator goes in then that takes ll the space. I need to look at getting a set of slimline fans in a few months as the fans are really really close to some hoses
