  1. I'm sure there is but I've not seen it. The ones I've see you put over the top and they have bungees underneath or a proper cable thats lockable, that pulls in under the belly of the beast but leaves the tyres exposed. Not see on that truely encases the bike completely (ie drive over the top of it, then zip it over the top of the bike).
  2. Or http://www.infinitymotorcycles.com/ are always helpful to me. See what they have and get it of eBay cheaper! Oxford ones looked ok to me when I was looking for one. I ended up covering my R6 with a dustsheet as its in the garage anyway, just keeps it away from prying eyes. I guess you want to make sure its a fleece lined one or at least lined with something as you dont want to scratch his baby This should do it: http://www.infinitymotorcycles.com/prod ... ium%20size)
  3. My personal choice would be black, but then it depends what other visual mods you have if any. Black would be more in keeping with the original looks I think. That said Im not a massive fan of chrome so that prob sways my opinion too. Once you've taken delivery can you let me know the rough price and time it took to get it, sprayed and fitted? I have a GM too and was looking at getting one but didnt know how much it would be all in. My current bumper is slightly worse for wear thanks to the A33 & M4 and those lovely stone chips!
  4. Might give this a go on mine, rear is starting to creak a little. I'll get the muppets at the dealership to do it. I'll point and they can grease
  5. Awww tits, I just ordered one off Holdcroft (sp?) the other day for about £70 delivered. Oh well, good deal for someone if they get it lower than buy it now
  6. He did indeed. Then they added a spoiler as he had told them too and it set the lap record on the TG test track I've read about this in this months TG mag. The car runs on biofuel, puts out 1000BHP and is meant to have half the carbon footprint of a standard car (a standard Kernesigigigiigiggggg, not a normal car!), most of which comes from making the fuel, not actually burning it.
  7. Sorry chap, missus and mate binned it due to the weather. About 7pm it was absolutely lashing it down in Basingstoke so we thought no one would go. Bring on next month and hopefully better weather
  8. I'm going provided it isnt raining! Most likely be parked up with the MLR chaps.
  9. Ok, think it will be an early start then. Not miles away in Basingstoke, should take a bit over an hr. If I try to get there for 8am (maybe a bit earlier) then that should be fine. I think that was the timing that my mate wants to aim for anyway. Shame they dont have a dedicated Zed lane on the M4

    AT LAST!!

Is that an offer? I have a 350D you can use, and prob an umbrella
  11. Hey Suz, Got my tickets now, thx. Very excited! Just spoken to a mate who's in the MLR and hes telling me he needs to get there by 8am to be able to get onto their stand. Do we have a time we have to be there, and whats the traffic like? Being a n00b I dont have a clue how busy it will be but extra time in bed earns me points with the missus as she doesnt want to get up too early! TIA Chris

    AT LAST!!

+1 Not that I can speak, not many pics of mine yet, need to stop and take some!
  13. You won't be wanting a GPRS (or 3G) card for standard Wi-Fi hotspots - you'll just be wanting a "wireless network adapter", which can come in a variety of flavours, including a PCMCIA card and USB. As for using abroad - I don't see why not. Agreed. GPRS cards are used to connect to the mobile network (as in phone network) and use 3G to get web access. I would recommend getting a PCMCIA wireless card as they dont extend as far out of the laptop as USB one will. Get a Netgear or Belkin and you'll be sorted (see the one from Dabs above) Should be fine on the contenant as long as they dont secure their networks
  14. Doh! I went with the PIAA wipers from Bigphil now as I realllllly need a new set asap with all this wet weather!
  15. What do you mean, GM is there It is a shame that its not multiplayer, that would have been mucho fun, although knowing M$ it would have made the D/L a gig or more lol. I had a quick play last night and its pretty good. More realistic than the other race sims I've played recently. Cant wait for the full game to be out.
  16. Ian - have you had a chance to fit and test these? My near side wiper has started to judder and needs replacing, I was thinking of using these if they work well. TIA
  17. 70% downloaded, damn I need a quicker connection. Too far from the exchange to get anything other than 1Mb/s connection
  18. I put a set of F1s on my Leon before I swapped it for the Zed and I found them very impressive. Came with a recommendation from the SEATCupra.net forums.
  19. Booo to that! Have to wait I guess.
