Dont get too excited. They were Alezan, but I recoloured them back and a pale grey centre. They looked mint, however in the high wear areas they cant take it and wear through to Alezan again in a matter of months Would only sell them on the proviso they were going to be retrimmed, I wouldnt be happy with someone using them worn as they are. Not sure on price, few hundred quid maybe. Retrim would be about £500, but they would be 10x better than stock leather then

I think the main thing we need is a budget? I mean Dodo Supernatural is what, £80? Just for wax? That could be double or triple your intended budget

TBH, given this is your first venture into detailing, I would suggest the Megs 3 stage as you can get it from Halfrauds. Give it a wash, clay, polish and wax. That should get you looking good enough for starters. If you want to get into it more seriously, then get onto the traders (Envy, i4detailing or even Polished Bliss). They will sort you out From Halfrauds I would get: Megs Clay bar kit - £18 ( http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_165527 ) AG Starter Pack - £10 ( http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_165671 ) Megs Stage 3 wax - £8.50 ( http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_165527 ) The AG started pack gives you some samples of wash, polish (body and glass) and tar remover which is good for getting off stubborn bits that clay wont shift. Can be substitued for Megs Stage 1 + 2 but that costs a bit more. Depends how into it you are.

Perfect it is! As with other Varis items, its amazing how well they make it fit. Fully justifies the price tag. Looks quality mate, just make sure you keep it all nice and clean

+1 - thats what I've been waiting for. Can it be done like that with 03-05 lights? The only thing that put me off the previous ones were being able to see the LEDs so prominantly sticking up. This way looks much neater Might have to put in an advanced order for when I'm on hols or you could do them on site at the Jockland Hoon? Yes chris they can be done like this on the older style lights with a little trimming and it would be possible to do on site at the hoon as long as there are no hiccups. First off you need to contact your bank. They should have records of the transfer, with necissary details to proved it happend. Next you need to approach Andrew and his mum. They were seeking Power of Attorney for Phil, and once they recieve this they can gain access to the funds and refund you. However, I dont know if Phil was able to sign it all over before his turn, which if he didnt, harder for them to gain it I think. Andrew was trying to address refunds via their Paypal account as he did at least have access to that, but I guess that would have dried up. Hopefully someone with closer links to Phil and family will be along to get things moving for you
