I take it they didnt do a P3 then? What about brake fluid? At 4yrs it needs changing again (every 2yrs max). As the others have said, cheap local garages are fine as long as you tell them about the bits that need doing specifiacally for the Zed (an old Nissan tick sheet is a good start!)

+1 - bringing clients with you, I dont see why they would turn you down if they have the space. I think your main problem may be you will be too busy and overrun their workshop when word gets out!

Make the dealership get one. They pretty much get them for free, so shouldnt argue with you. When I got mine, they had done HPI and about 4 other checks (inc RAC inspection) and they gave me all the certs to prove it. If they dont, then make friends with someone in your local Halfords. They can do them on the spot (although not meant to) for free if they like you

yeah t cut is aggressive but its works for scratches and something milder would be good for a general clean Stew, remember that kitchen work tops etc are a lot harder than car paint, so t-cut wont be too abrasive for them. Think you need to book them in for a full correction

Etiher is fine, I dont think theres a lot in it. Oilman recommended 30 if you dont do any track work and the thicker 40 if you do. I think for the first number, the lower the better

Mine has 10w40 in it. I think thats why it feels a little tight and takes time to warm up. Its always been serviced at Nissan. There is some leeway in what you use in the engine, 10w40 is fine, but could be better. Its probably the same as in Micras etc

+1. though, if you feel the diff between the OEM and the GT Spec carbon ones, its quite a saving
