  1. Looking good bud. Shouldnt have a problem with heat at all, I have my Mac Mini in the letterbox cubby between the rear speakers and it never gets hot. Remind me later and I'll send you the command for getting DashCommand embedded. You have to get the command flags in the right order in CF otherwise it doesnt set the window name right and then CF doesnt pick it up to embed it
  2. PM H5 (Rob), he can be in touch with the organisers. You will likely have to pay on the gate to get in though, but may be able to sneak you onto the stand. Rob will be able to confirm.
  3. Combination of 95RON and pootling around will do it. Before you dyno, you need a good few tanks of good fuel and a good enthusiastic run. When on the dyno you then need a good few (at least 3) WOT runs to get the ECU to give you max power There were a few converts at the last RR session we had at Surrey RR when people saw the effects of cheap fuel on power. The car is mapped for 98RON, so even to make stock power thats what you need. 95RON is "ok" for emergencies in that the engine will run on it, but not particularly well as its not mapped for it.
  4. Actually I struggled to get an Auto to try out, all the ones I found were manuals bar KJM Reading, and WLMG in Slough had to get me an Auto in especially for my test drive. Seems mad that they dont appear to have a spread of the different boxes around the country
  5. Good rescue work Technically speaking if the highlights are completely blown, there is no saving it as the sensor is reading max light for the pixels and you cant resuce detail from them. In your pics they cant have been completely blown, just very close. Good work all the same
  6. Generally only perceived that way by those who buy for the badge and not the superior chassis dynamics of the Cayman +1 - Get the turbo conversion for the Cayman and its waaaay better than a 911
  7. The chap that used to run it was a guy from Witter Racing if I remember rightly, but their site seems to point to the one listed above. Maybe they have gone under, but they are listed on the Project Mu site (proper one) as the UK distributer
  8. I think the 370z GT with Bose comes with more speakers, it definately has them in the rear, just behind the B pillar IIRC Just read this months Evo, 370z Roadster (7AT) vs BMW Z4 roadster vs Audi TTS roadster and the 370z took it
  9. Cant wait for you to tell the judge that when you get done for failing to display your tax disc
  10. If they knew about it at the time of sale, it would be listed in the contract/summary of sale and would be included in the price. As you have free servicing, push for free footwell and boot mats. Maybe get cheeky and ask for illuminated kick plates if they take your fancy Dont fret it too much, once you get behind the wheel, all will be forgotten
  11. Nothing underhand going on our end, he's just given up
  12. Looking good James. AS you know its all about the details, glad to see you tidying up the little bits as you go along, will make all the difference to the final product
  13. This is going to be one hell of a sight to wake up to

    mmm g37

Not sure you would if you drove one! Yes they are a very nice car and the best comprimise if you need rear seats, but its no where near the same league as a 370z for handling The seats are like sofas though, would be nice if you have a lot of long distance driving to do You might be interested in this - viewtopic.php?f=21&t=29521
  15. Not sure how scientific they were with that? How did they get the results?
  16. I think a GB would be very difficult to do as the maps are done on each individual car and labour rates are labour rates. I guess if they have a guarenteed number of UpRev lisences they could buy, it might get a bit of a discount, but I expect Abbey already buy these in bulk given their popularity
  17. Sorry, am I missing something.........??? Depends on what you rate as good handling. 350z has less grip and is a more "fun" drive, more lively and have to man handle it a bit. 370z has more grip, more clinical, more like a Cayman, which is what they were aiming for. Different horses for different courses Both cars are great, for me the 370z is a great step up from the 350z and worth the money, otherwise I wouldnt have ordered one
  18. Hey matey, nice to see you over here. Sure our traders will be along shortly with the options
