  1. Rear lights upgrade: a MUST Front light upgrade: big waste of money
  2. Wow, for that amount of money I would buy another Z... Only use it for the track .
  3. I have an original sat nav, but no button to switch it on/off! Would like to have one though to switch it off. At night it looks a bit silly with the door lid closed as it doesn't seal properly, and the light of the sat nav screen behind shining through the edges....
  4. Hmmm, maybe it was a mistake after all to post a pic with girls on it
  5. I saw the GB thingy first on my350z, but joined only after investigating that you participated in this deal as well
  6. Well, those are quite ordinary these days. Did you see the little screen though just above the license plate? That's extreme! The girls weren't extremely hot, but I figured I might as well put some pics up with girls on them For a few more: http://s99.photobucket.com/albums/l305/ ... 6%20Assen/
  7. Last Sunday I went to visit the Japanese Autosport Festival here in Holland located near the track of Assen. Some of you might know this track from the Dutch TT / Moto GP as there’s yearly race over there. The festival itself is basically a lot of cars from tuning clubs gathered around and loads of demonstrations like drifting, Meguiars detailing and quarter mile runs. Of course I went in the Z with a friend. It’s about 200 km from my home, so basically a little less than 2 hours of driving. As the A1GP was held at Zandvoort the very same day, I knew the police would have their hidden speed camera’s set up on every major highway. Luckily there weren’t too many speed traps early in the morning, so I’ve might have been caught only once with speeding doing 150 km/h instead of 120. They were just setting up a speed camera, so it wasn’t know yet to the radio. Maybe I’ve been lucky as they just put it up. About 20 km’s prior Assen I stopped at a fuel station to get some breakfast (10:30 am). Once inside the shop, eating a nice sandwich, 2 pretty girls came over wearing small shorts and shirts. They were definitely going to the festival as well and looked like some models doing car shoots. In fact they were and asked me whether that ‘nice black sports car’ was mine. Of course I said yes instantly, trying not to be too enthusiastic . They offered me 2 free tickets to the show (normally 15 euro each) and said we could park on the premise itself along with all the other tuned cars. Sounded pretty good….. So we parked inside, getting a lot of attention. About 60% were old tuned cars like civics etc., Although there were quite some Evo’s, Impreza, Skylines, Type R’s etc. The only major mod of my car is the 19â€
  8. Come on people, join the GB! I'm in with my350Z.
  9. They look similar to my GTS, so I like them I have a offset of +17 up front, this is with 19X9.5 though... Clears the brembo's about 5 or 8mm: half a finger.
  10. Wow, that''s expensive! 300 quid! I had to order a new spare one as well as mine stopped working. I really hope they design a better key for the next generation of Z''s as this one is too plain! I had a Almera Tino for 1 day = same key! I like the VW/mercedes keys which you pop out.
  11. I turned them 180 degrees and filled the washing fluid with red paint. Everytime someone cuts me off, they get the full load j/k, but I get pi**ed off as well as they get engaged automatically if you use the wash option for the wind screen?!!?

I'll go and have a look at the local Halfrauds as well. Most of the time, they don't have the products you guys all buy (Autosol etc.). Guess there is a difference in UK and NL/belgium Halfords.
  13. Some nigerians offered me 16 million $ as I apparently was family of a dead millionair. The needed me to free the money and I'd get 80%. Why can't these people get aids and the innocent african civilians survive?
  14. Me CF, depending on the location. Definitely think it's suitable for engine bling!
  15. I thought of that, but it'll probably cause even more scratches as it gets angry and releases it nails into the paint!
  16. Mine is scratched like hell too. Ordered a new one from Courtesy Nissan US. 50 Pound.
  17. I love cats... when they're inside! My roof has a lot of marks from the neighbours cat sitting on it during sunny weather, leaving lights scratches
  18. Be careful though with inner clearance of the calipers. I have a set of Volk GTS 19" and up front they clear the standard brembo caliper with +- 5 or 8mm....
  19. I did now and I read some posts down that the stock ones are platinum. However, Ming didn't seem to remember correctly either :
  20. I must say that I'm bored at work and propably wasn't gonna read it otherwise. What a long post! However, happy I did read it: Excellent story! Laughed my a*s off! Good choice by getting a Z! Just one question: I thought the'06 only has speed sensitive power steering and not the previous models 03-05. Anyone knows? I have a 04 and I don't think mine has this feature...
  21. I definitely wouldn't spend extra money to get the Rays. If you can get them for a low price, not replacing the standards ones, it might be worth it. Use one of the sets for winter.
  22. Ming, just to confirm, the spark plugs you took out were Iridium or was that just a thought?
