  1. Worse than 15mpg??? Unless your on a track I don't think anyone would be seeing less than 15mpg in a zed. Most are well into the mid to high 20 mpg's. Mine was at 24mpg over a full 12 months.........
  2. Read the fourth post of this very thread....................
  3. God I hate these....................................
  4. Anyone? Just go on Pistonheads or Autotrader!
  5. These are great wheels but I honestly don't think white cars look good with silvery type coloured wheels. This, imo, is the perfect opportunity to get them a dark colour like Titanium
  6. strange all the cars I have seen have had Sat Nav. To be honest, I also thought all MY07 cars came with the Sat Nav as I'd also never seen a HR without it, until today.
  7. Another HR with the flip up cubby; http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p
  8. Maybe you wouldn't have to drop the price if you actually bothered to add some pics or write a decent advert.......
  9. Porsche owner loves the Porsche #shocker
  10. So probably two of the first things you should have done, you didn't
  11. Jay is buying them from the person who bought those wheels that were listed on here for £1,650
  12. If the person could prove to me that they were the actual person named on the V5 (via passport) and that they could prove that the address on the V5 was actually their previous address, I wouldn't care and certainly wouldn't not buy the car because of it.
  13. But a bigger engine and it'd be ok.... 335d. It just depends on what constitutes 'ok' for you. If you mean 'ok' as in a great car, that is pretty quick, economic and can fit a family in then yes. If you mean 'ok' as in a potentially better proposition than the petrol equivalent, then nope. it gets very tiring changing up at 4k revs! It's like driving a car like an S2K but with short gear ratios meaning you have to change up at 4k.....not good. I really think cars like the 335d are in such a bizarre niche imo....
  14. Kind of on topic but I have just came back from a week in Portugal where we had 120d for the week. To be fair to it it really suprised me as I expected to hate it. Bags of low down torque, very quiet and smooth and averaged about 50mpg. I would have been hard pushed to guess whether it was diesel from just driving and listening to it. I must admit I was starting to think about having a look at them when I got back home......until towards the end of the week I wanted set it on fire!! It was sooooooooooooo slow when pulling away, I thought we were towing a plane!! Once that set it I started to hate almost everything about it again
  15. Read it again Chris. Salient points; - Phoned up over an hour before - wow! Not really lots time for a dealer to move the car about clean it organise staff such as who is doing the test drive etc. - I made it clear that I had a budget of £20-21K and wanted to compare to other cars in the same price bracket (B7 RS4, 335i). *Salesman's alarm bells going off* He's sensing someone who is not here to even potentially buy a 370z never mind the actual car they have. - I considered it perfectly reasonable that I could drive a car that was in stock - I would bet my bottom dollar that this was only discussed when he arrived therefore the dealer is thinking "this guy was bored on a saturday afternoon and on his way into town thought he'd have a razz in our most expensive car on the forecourt to show off to his Mrs. He then proceeds to bore me straight away about buying other cars and having seen another cheaper car at another dealer" And judging from the OP's posts he obviously thinks he's some sort of Nissan Royalty. Maybe he should have worn his "My other car is a 300zx". Bet he would have got a test drive then
  16. Good luck with the sale but I think your way overpriced. There are MY07 HR zeds about now for less money and less mileage. Flog the plate and the Volks for £2k and flog the car for £8k........
  17. I'm sorry but I think your being a bit of a cry baby. Dealerships are business' looking to earn money. You stated that you was not interested in the car they had for sale; therefore why would they spend their time and money on you when you've already stated your going to buy elsewhere. Your mistake was thinking it's ok to tell them that basically your wasting their time. You should have said you were interested in the car they had for sale and then said you'll get back to them in the end. It sounds like you expected to turn up, and because you've bought a few Nissan's in the past, that the Sales Manager would roll out the red carpet for you................
  18. I'd be more annoyed at the cop slamming my door open into the cab and then leaning all over it!!!
