It's all about the prep.....
Poorboys SSR2 and SSR1, Poorboys White Diamond Show Glaze, Chemical Guys jetSEAL109, Collinite hard wax, P21S soft finish wax.
Those that are available to come to this now make sure I have a PM with your name, reg number and contact number and I will see what I can do tomorrow. As you can see from the map posted up, they sort out who goes where a couple of weeks before the event so we might rum the risk of the stand looking like a car park if we have more but they don't make the plot bigger Will see what I can do and let you know tomorrow morning

Plus see map below of where we are located.
And as a bonus, your wristband for entry also gets you and your passenger into the grandstand for the Drifting Championships and other track action
I can probably aqueeze you on mate. PM me your reg number and address (and phone number actually) and I will go through the tickets etc. in a minute and check what I have.
Hi Steve, as has been said I'd try and get a bit more out of them and then start looking to see what you can find. If you can't find anything decent for that amount, use it as evidence to send to the insurance company to get the money up.
There are plenty of decent looking cars for sale though bud, at least there will be the excitement of a new car.
The Autoglym isn't a wax bud, it's a polish. The wax on top puts a layer of protection after polishing
Dodo Juice, P21S / R222, Collinite any of that sort of stuff will give a good finish.
To answer some questions and some updates.....
Can you buy track time on the day? Yes. You will need long sleeves, a helmet and your driving licence with you.
What time do we need to be there? Sunday morning set-up time is 0700-0930 on the Sunday. Given there WILL be queues to get in PLEASE DO NOT AIM TO ARRIVE AT 0930 AS YOU WILL BE LATE.
I would suggest you aim to get to the circuit between 0830-0900 so you have time to find the entrance and get into the show. At 0930 you will not be able to move cars (other than for track time).
Next, I have got the tickets in my hands right now. So the easiest thing will be to post them out so you can all make your way straight in and I can spend some time putting flags etc up. So can you please PM me your addresses ASAP and I will put the tickets in the post on Tuesday so they will be with you in the week.
Looking forward to it!
Rob.
Am i still ok to park inside the arena though as i will be driving up, unless someone wants to give me a lift?
You'll get general parking with that mate, but I will give you a shout in the week as not sure if my passenger is coming
I would do the following things:
1. Try the rest procedure if you can yourself
2. If 1. is successful, job done. If not, get a quote from a dealer to replace the part.
3. If you think you can change it yourself, look for a replacement motor from elsewhere or Nissan and fit it yourself.
Hopefully that makes sense?
To throw a complete spanner in the works, I will probably do it myself with my ICE installers as the doors have been, um, modified a bit!
So my recommendation would be either look at one of the guides on the site here about removing the door card and changing the motor yourself, or call a dealer and see how much they would want to do the work. If you want to know what dealers are ok, then look in the dealer section as we keep a list of those who have been good or not. I hope this helps.
Go Alpine, Sony do not know in car like Alpine do. Just trying to think of installers that way.....
As for the steering wheel controls, you will only get track up and down and volume, and you won't have the handsfree controls through the wheel anymore. You will, however, have the option to have a hands free set up through the new head unit.
Easy, put a switch inline with the ignition wiring. Put the switch somewhere you know where it is and it is the most simple but effective immobiliser going.
