Garry, Completely agree on the returning to standard bit, that's why I stopped where I did with mine. Just referring to the 'ideal' three way locations. I am going to spend some time setting mine up again over the next few weeks. Round one was good but it can be better. Mine is an 04 car, and the bottom of my fascia does curve ever so slightly. I don't think they are different between any MY - if there are then it migth be an idea to have a word with Autoleads.....

Who would be up for this if I organised another 350Z stand for the show?

I quite like the mid install. Although I think the soundstage would be better if they were on the dash in custom builds by the windscreen and the tweeters higher up the a-pillar. At least, that's what I wanted to do! Take a look at the fascia used on my install, it's an American Industries one. Great fit IMO.

Erm, why yellow? Blue and yellow? Nah, too hairdresser for me. Anyway there isn't any other yellow on the car, but there is white and silver and clear (plastic) so I thought white would be good? I don't think white would look that great IMO. Would look like you're trying too hard to get them seen unless the car is white I think. Blue with white lettering would be alright maybe.

In this market, it is down to whether the right person wants a particular car. There isn't a huge amount going on as we're slowly being taxed to death. It's a shame they've beaten your pocket to the point of selling it. If I were you I'd use Pistonheads as a guide an place it where you want against other similar cars.

Yep, I am referring to Craig Mudd. He is looking for a new project car so keep your eyes open for that one. His Impreza is simply ridiculous. I keep my cars clean and tidy, but that is impressive. He spent some time with us at ISTS.

It depends what they have more of normally. The parts or new gearboxes. I had the parts done on mine. Best change in the box now!
