One of my mates Nissan street car was running in excess of 290fwkw's (nearing 400bhp at wheels), when he takes it down the strip, goes straight as a dye too, thrashes all the zeds easily, doesn't have so many traction problems. Lol, it's a tiny bit modified. So it possible with a tiny bit of work. But I still wouldn't buy the Renault. Down a strip might be fine, engine weight over the wheels etc., but round the twisty stuff and trying to lay the power down and steering it must torque steer all over the place.....

Looks awesome mate. I love the look of slammed cars, and with the kit it really finishes it off.

Also need to see some pictures of what you're actually buying. Library shots and a couple of rear shots of it on the car aren't enough for me.....

Looks 1000000 times better in the flesh and better in universal silver.... Only one in the UK was owned by paul and is now sold.... It was his 3rd Zed and he thought it was the best one ever... Handling much improved as was the engine with Nismo bits.... Would buy one if there were more available... +1 - looked the business in the flesh.

You will almost certainly need to fabricate one yourself. The mounting dimensions of all the screens will be slightly different and depending what plugs in where you will need cut outs, mounting depth etc.

Not the best market to be selling in and at least you will have a car with fresh parts on it that you know should be good for a long while. Plus you never know what you might pick up. Your shout, but not a great deal to be gained IMO.

Depends how far out the tracking is.... If it weren't for the inner edge, how much tread is left on the tyres? I have done about 16k on my Toyo's.....

As Mike says, tyre feathering was a known issue on some cars as a result of incorrect toe settings from the factory. If you straddle a lot of island speed bumps it can also push the tracking out. I have mine done every 6-9 months - make sure you go to a 4 wheel laser alignment place and they have the correct settings for the Zed dialled into the machine. You will notice the difference.

If you ever find yourself near a properly installed and set-up aftermarket sound system, take your favourite CD along and listen. The answer will be there to hear. What gets people with BOSE, is it is portrayed as an upmarket product, when in fact all they are is a marketing company that stick their name on other people's products. The equipment in the Zed is low quality Clarion stuff (they do actually make some nice stuff) but the fact they still insist on using 1970's technology (tape player!) in what they call a premium set-up is insane. But for many, it is perfectly acceptable, you're right. But it is not premium!

The new spacers provide a better mount for the speaker. They can be re-used where they are separate, yes. Can't remember, sorry bud. Whole door card came off for mine as part of the work.....

Good speaker choice. Not problems as such, the BOSE amp will just have to deal with it!

I think the OC have a plot now but not many to fill it? At least when I last looked at the thread anyway. I haven't tried to organise anything on that basis and this doesn't seem to be too popular here at the moment..... Could be scope to do it though.

this will be our 2nd time. Oia is one of the most beautiful places in the world. I've been twice and the lady 4 times. We stay on the other side of the island for peace and quiet and go out in Oia and Thira. Amazing place. Now how much is property there.....

It is one of my favourite places... Have fun. There is a slim chance I will be up that way for the donut meet. Will let you know a bit nearer the time.....
