They will have one sensor hole on each cat. Different cats will produce different sounds so probably best to see what people have. I have Magnaflow cats and it creates quite a raspy noise where as I know others make a lower gruntier noise.

That's the Lenso S73 if i'm not mistaken. I had a set of those custom drilled for my Z to then find out the suppliers had mis read the offsets for the fronts and they were way off!! Awesome wheel though!

+1 on the above and ideally you would want to be looking for a 275/35 on the rear

tbhone of those will just mask a problem. As a first point of call, I would just clean up any earths you have and make sure they are making good contacts then see if the problem still exists.
