Took the car in today, he took one look and said he didn't have the colour paint and couldn't do it. Either I need to get a paint code or he'll have to take the wheel to his paint supplier and try and find a match. This isn't going well. Looks like kerbed alloy and keyed door for Silverstone then........

They have a very retro look which has a rather "marmite" effect - love 'em or hate 'em. I have to say in the boxes I really wouldn't have given them a second glance but having seen Kev's UY in the flesh I really liked them. The gold ones look sh1t though.

Ths may not affect anyone but me as I seem to be the sole Liverpudlian on the site but when I was passing my stealer last night I noticed that all the Nissan branding seemed to be missing and it was now billed as a "Motorstore". Checked today and it no longer lists when looking for a dealer on nissan.co.uk. Looks to me like they no longer have the Liverpool franchise. Frankly, its no geat loss but as I have 2 Nissans from them it might have been nice for them or Nissan to let me know.

Seems a strong possibility of traffic near the circuit. These places never seem to have sufficient access for big events.
