Yes the steering wheel is a JDM option (one of several from the Jap options list ) the rear fog light fitting is not uncommon , but thankfully mine has had the UK spec type by the way that car looks very good value

I have had a problem in the past with an item purchased on Ebay, where the item was never sent out by an American seller took about a month to resolve but got my money back from Ebay... then about 3 weeks later the item arrived on my doorstep

I think you're right on that one. Some JDM folk have upgraded to UK zorsts IIRC. yes I think that was only because there existing silencer was rotted and there are plenty of S/H std exhaust's about cheap
