  1. Or 500cc 2 stroke. The higher cc bikes are generally a lot heavier too, the old power to weight. More weight to try pick up if, eek, you go for a slide, you probably won't have a hope. Yes it's a shame that they still dont produce the two stroke's , I had a Suzuki RG500 for a season and that was a real hoot
  2. I can from a GTO twin turbo to my Zed and thought exactly the same , took me a few weeks to realise how quick the Zed is , you just dont get the intial thump in the back like a turbo car gives, but ultimately I found the Zed a lot more rewarding to drive ( thats why I've had it over 2 years , the longest I have ever kept a car ) Short test drives are never very satisfactory I find, you have to live with a vehicle for a few weeks to fully get to grips with it... IMO

  13. I think you can get flexi pipe in section lengths?? how about just cutting the original flex part out and clamping a new section in ??
  14. like I said before , it's not uncommon for the Nismo Y-pipe to split , put another make on or a standard item I hear what you are saying Tim, but its a couple of months old Even a quick fit euro exhaust lasts that long Where are they splitting?any pics, would get mine rewelded up here at work if it did. Dont know the cause , but you dont get problems with the standard item ??
  15. also get the problem with excessive oil consumption though on the later "rev-up" engine , I would plump for the earlier one everytime
