remember seeing him on tv at the aitport to welcome the olypmic athelets home. he just didn't look right, and as everyoner walked past they all had the same look of "why the hell are you here" for me he doesn't look like a primeminister. but at the moment none of them look that great

who let the paint grenade off in that car. i can see it now 3 tins of dulux, remove lids, put fire crackers in, light, shut door, count to 10, eh voila! picaso's interior.

i'm sure i remember seeing a blanking plate for the front badge area. does anyone know where i can get one. also i have sprayed car parts before, but never sprayed onto carbon fibre. with plastics you use a flexible plastic primer. is there anything special that you have to do with carbon fibre. ooh i'm looking forward to this i enjoy spraying stuff.

i think long term is to colour code it and debadge the front to make it as suttle as possible.

i think i might keep it in the garage for later, it may or may not get fitted, i always like to have a parts libary in the garage, you never know when stuff comes in handy. and i've just cleared a load of space since the old car has gone.

drop a turbo in it and it changes the evening. i used to be able to drink that all night, yet wine absolutly does me. i'm a bit older now and stick to my speciality ciders, gone are the days of mixing. i had my stag do last month, and it was the first time of heavy drinking in about 2-3 years. and my body doesn't seem to recover as quickly as it used to

i do like that, and long term the aim is to keep the bumper but add a lip at the front, similar to the varis or the mines in carbon. removing the badge does make it look a whole lot better. is that and expensive process or fairly cheap to do. i can do the filling and sanding, but i don't have the spray facilities anymore. and spraying new items is one thing, blending into original paint work is a whole new ball game.

theres nothing wrong with dsico ****, it used to be the cheapest stuff in the uni bars. i remember the days when my uni had hooch on tap. and i drank turbo diesel in 4 pint pitchers (2 pints beer, 2 pints cider, splash of black current and a double vodka) if you remove the vodka its just diesel (although i believe some of you might know it as snakebite) love that stuff

would love to come, but sadly this always falls on a weekend during term time. and as a teacher it would be a nightmare to get back intime to teach. planned it once before worked out we would drive back to the uk get back at 4-5 in the morning and then straight into the classroom for 8.30 not my idea of fun. but i must go one year as it looks awesome. big phil did you get my email?

i think i'll end up sticking it on ebay for a tenner. i should have just given muddy £20 and let him keep it never mind, a sales a sale. this is why i don't have a joint account with my wife, guarenteed the access to more money would only result in me spending for both of us on things i don't need

i think that looks quite good, i'm in 2 minds, i will have to umm and arr on it for a few weeks. marzman, just looking at where your reflectors are, have you swapped them out for led's abit like you would find under an audi headlight?

it would be nice of them to say they would scrap it all together, and reverse what they have already done. fat chance of that happening
