not a problem, would never expect people to like everything, some people will hate it all other will love it all, and some will pick the bits they like and leave the others. i got the whole set done because if i didn't there would always be people asking could they have something that hadn't been made. i think the rears will be the most popular. then the sides once i get the wheel centres on i'll post pics up for people to see, hopefully the weekend.

spoiler arrives tomorrow hopefully, will try and take a pic with it on, but i might have to go and photoshop something up to show the options

Prices are 2 posts above you just add £3 to the individual prices to cover P+P so a rear badge would be £33 there is also a link on there to Robs webpage, which has his number on, i've just spoken on the phone to him, so if you ring him now, you can give him your order

get it back today, they fitted the front bumper rear spats and side skirts, issues i've had, - the side skirts fit ok, but where they connect onto the sills the fasteners squash the FG and pull the tops away from the body. - not a major issue and they sorted it, but it won't be perfect, but its not a visible place especially when the doors are shut and the plastic sill cover is back on. -the skirts needed a lot of adjustment to get them to sit right, lifting in places etc. but nothing major. - easily done by the body shop. the headlight eyebrows i have rub against the bonnet, - bodyshop were concerned that when i shut the bonnet the eyebrows will split, crack, shatter or all of the above. - not a massive problem as the shop has cut them down and remove the bit that runs down behind the bonnet. - rear spats went on fine as did the bumper - although the bumper took a while to transfer all the fixings across. both spats and front bumper aren't new and had been previously fitted by someone else. body shop commented that although the skirts did need a lot of adjusting and that things were a pig to fit, they said it was one of the better quality items that they'd seen, and had dealt with some right crap before. and overall it was a good kit. Certain comments made of "they'll fit the skirts straight on with no hassle was not really accurate, as they needed a lot to get them adjusted. All in all i'm happy and i'm glad i go them to do it as its saved me what would have been a lot of ball ache. Credit where credit is due Team AFM have been outstanding, Rick and his crew have put over 39 hours into this kit, if you'd seen the pieces i had had which were crash damaged you wouldn't recognize the parts now. Team AFM have got the colour match spot on, the fitment is excellent due to a lot of hard work. the finish is top notch. if you live in suffolk or are near by and need any body shop work go and see Team AFM (also part of Ipswich Accident and repair, they work out of the same office, run by the same person)

-
not a bad idea

i've been driving over 10 years, i've never seen a VOSA van, never been stoppped by them, and never met anyone who has been stopped by them. i think they must target the chav chariots.
-
with a 58 i can only think of 2 options, nismo or JWT as its a twin intake. i think ARC possibly do something as well but its not cheap

i can't afford to pay till november, need the next payday wasn't expecting it to fill up so quickly, GB usually take ages to organise

times the big one, if i go for red lip its 3 days without the wheels. i have an offer of a loan set, but i feel its unfair to expect the other person to drop off and pick up etc, and i cna;t get them in my car. i'm trying to be sensible so doing it in stages, so for now its satin black only. the other problem i'm having is finding somewhere local to fit me in over half term. wheel genie is booked up till november. so i'm browsing at the moment to find somewhere.
-
its partly the time issue as well being with out the car for 3 days, or trying to organise and trnasport 4 wheels and tyres to put on temporarily. i just want in and out in a day. and i can always have the red lip added later. only problem is i can't get in to wheel genie for a days work as they are booked up, they can do a 2 day job. but i'd need to a lift there and back etc. for now the money from the wheels is being used in the spoiler. wheels for now will be satin black only.
-
i have some carbon fibre and that was originally the idea but i can't be arsed with the cost and hassle. i think satin black is the way forward.
-
such an important fact, you said it twice

i'd say go for the K2 over the scorpion, only because there has been a few fitment issues with the scorpion. nothing major, but some have needed some gentle persausion to go in. if you want noise, then go K1. i run the invidia G200 True Dual and will be at the Ace Cafe meet at the end of the month BM will be there with his K1 Mick43 should be there with his true dual DC sports. and i'm sure there are others but none i can think of off the top of my head

personally i like the Typhoon, but will change the filter element to an Apexi at some point for better filtration and no oil.

Ok this is an odd one, i know what i want to do but need assistance in colouring it. i have a Nismo style V2 Spoiler on its way to go on to my silver Car, i don't want to do the whole spoiler in silver as i think its too much, so the plan is to do the blade and the end pieces in Black. my issue is which black. (i'll also do my door handles in the same shade.) to help i'm due to try and refurb my wheels soon in Satin black, originally i was going to do a red lip, but have decided to save money and go plain satin black. should i do the spoiler and handles in the same satin black as the wheels or should i use a gloss black instead, or would this contrast to much against the wheels. i originally wanted the V2 with a carbon blade, but my wallet wasn't up for that kind of a beating peoples opinions are more than welcome. i must admit, looking at other cars with a carbon fin etc, you can't tell untill your close that its actually carbon.
-
was the tyre fitters that did it, don't know what setting they had it on. would have been the same for the wheels
-
thats alright they are coming off again in a few weeks when the wheels are refurbed i'll get wheel genie to put them back on properly
