  1. super charger is cheaper to do on the zed than the turbo. and probably easier. super chager i think is roughly about £7000 to do, you can nearly double that to turbo it if you do it properly
  2. after seeing give me more powers pics, i think i'm going to try and get one of those moveable ones from the states. so i can have it out for normal driving but hide it away for shows etc.
  3. super charged as the delivery is linear, and is keeping with the car's natural state. i.e muscle. i don't like turbos when they spool up when you don't want them etc. turbos are good and get more power, but super charger is all the way through the rev range.
  4. that makes me laugh every time
  5. just accepted you as a friend
  6. i'm not far off where i want to be, but saying that there are always a few extras have to be a super charger kit, DC manifolds ings low rise rear wing pioneer 4100DVD unit husky red dial set berk hi flow cats i'll add more as i think, but playing MW2 lol
  7. should be less than that at 4 years NCB, there are a couple of good forum based insurers that do good deals. alot of people get good deals at a young age through admiral, also chris knotts sky and adrian flux think there is another but can't remember names. one or 2 might not touch you until you've had the car for a year. but others will. i reckon you should be able to shave about £400 off that, unless you have lots of points or con victions against your name or you live in an extremely rough area?
  8. looking at all those pictures you've taken of your car your more like the Taferazzi
  9. not another viet-taff good luck with your apprenticeship good luck with the saving
  10. i fart does that make me a member? welcome along to the club nice to meet an old farter
  11. i love aftermarket wheels but i love my standard more, i wouldn't want to loose the cruise control and stereo control on the wheel.
  12. if the bulb goes just go online to autobulbs buy your own bulbs and do it yourself.
  13. +1, check to see if your wheel weights have fallen off. R couple of mine have after my tyres were fitted but not had any wobbles yet. might be worth getting wheel alignment checked as well. some places do this for free and only charge you if it needs adjsuting.
  14. fiddy i know what you mean, thats why i'm loking at the retractable one
  15. fiddy do you reckon you see more of a return in mpg because of the mods?
  16. i dont get that video, nothing happens on it
  17. i really like this, they do a non motorised version for $60 wonder if people fancy a group buy on them. will need to have a look underneath to work out fitting. i really like the tow hook plate bracket but mine is being used for something else so can't go down this route.
  18. i'd have an evo for track days. i'd love to do some rallying and the evo would be my first choice.
  19. it means it should make use of all the mods and the mods make their true values and the car should run at its best. but if you total that little lot up and then the retune, its a lot of 8mpg before you make your money back
  20. the chavs like them cos they can fit all the kids in when they go shop lifting and make a quick get away. only kidding the chav ones tend to be the cheaper low spec ones. the high spec high performance limited edition ones tend to be owned more by enthusiasts, i remember seeinga pic of yours was very nice.
  21. don't forget that the car wasn't standard before it was tuned. i'm going to yune mine but i'm doing all the engine mods first. so far i have fitted: Typhoon induction Invidia True Dual Exhaust Corbonised Carbon plenum and spacer (waiting on delivery) will also fit Sports cats then go for a tune. was thinking about manifolds but it seems like to much work and expense.
