last time we had good snow the kids where i work made giant snow penises by the main road. and out side the police station

makes me laugh, we make the situation worse by gritting. just have a policy that all drivers swap to winter tyres in november, and maybe carry snow chains. thing is we only get about 5 days of snow a year. can;t always gaurentee where and how much, so it all grinds to a halt. if we had gaurenteed snow for prolonged periods nationwide, then it is easier to manage.

its going to depreciate anyway, as the car is gettign old, most are cheap, but the ones in good condition are starting to become a bit harder to find. so people will start to buy for quality maintainance and not just for lowest miles. of course one that has both will always sell faster.

well i made it to work in the XKR today, was easy, getting home wil be more fun me thinks with the extra snow.

Anything bigger than a four pot is usually good for at least 250k easy if not more if its well maintained.
