  1. Thanks to those of you who are organising themselves so early. You're making my job loads easier
  2. Ruddy Hell Ryan, what rock have you been hiding under all these years? Welcome back and all that.
  3. Can everyone on this list please view this thread: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/112022-coventry-2017-full-details-here-july-15th-2017/ You'll only be a confirmed attendee when I have received a PM from you.
  4. Anyone who hasn't already done so, then have a read at this thread which has the fully confirmed details. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/112022-coventry-2017-full-details-here-july-15th-2017/ I'll lock this one to avoid duplication.

    MPG

It's something I do ask a seller tbh. Main reason I do this, is that following getting the official (BS) figures from online, and then some real world figures from WhatCar or whatever, I ask the seller as it can give me some indication of his driving style and as to whether he thrashes regularly. For example - my VXR8 could comfortably average 22mpg when used as a steady daily over a week. But if I decided to go everywhere with my foot down it used to drop to 10-14mpg over a week.
  6. Excellent stuff guys booking already! Could I ask that if and when people book a hotel (any hotel) or when they decide they are definately coming could they PM me with the following information: Username Real Name Have a Zed? (remember Zed only parking at Millennium Place) Registration Number if you do have a Zed Number of you attending the evening meal (this is the important one as it will determine the success of the night!) All information will be stored on a secure computer, and will be destroyed once the event is complete.
  7. Call and tell them you are from the 350z-UK 10th anniversary event. Ask for the "Function Rate" and ensure they are aware you are attending a function on the Saturday evening.

  9. The Team are pleased to announce that the final details for the Club anniversary meet in 2017 have fallen into place. These are as follows: Static car show in front of Coventry Transport Museum on Saturday 15th July 2017 commencing at 1000 (concluding at 1630) At 1400 there will be a "Meet the Team" event inside one of the museum meeting rooms, allowing members and the Team to discuss the clubs future After departure from the Transport Museum, the Team invite all to attend the CITRUS HOTEL COVENTRY for a 3 course dinner commencing at 1900. The Hotel is within a few miles of Coventry city centre, allowing easy taxi transport for anyone wishing to stay at hotels on a different budget. As it is, we have negotiated a £70 B&B rate for the Saturday night at the Holiday Inn.But there are numerous Premier Inn, Ibis, and other hotels all within a few miles distance. If you are booking the Holiday Inn, please ask for the "Function Rate", and be specific that you are attending a function on the Saturday night. To book the Holiday Inn please call FAYE DONNELLY on 02476 301585 and be sure to mention you are attending the 350z evening. Could I ask that if and when people book a hotel (any hotel) or when they decide they are definitely coming to any part of the day, could they PM me with the following information: Username Real Name Have a Zed? (remember Zed only parking at Millennium Place) Registration Number if you do have a Zed Number of you attending the evening meal (this is the important one as it will determine the success of the night!) All information will be stored on a secure computer, and will be destroyed once the event is complete. In the New Year we will start asking for deposits from people for the 3 course meal so we can confirm numbers with the venue. However we don't envisage the meal to cost over £24 per head (excluding drinks). The Team want this to be a large success, so please get behind it and attend both the static event at the museum and the meal at the Holiday Inn on the evening. Meal is also open for +1's. Finally, this is open to ALL members past and present whether you own a Zed anymore or not. It is a celebration of the past 10 years. Although only Zeds will be able to park in Millennium Place at the museum event, any of you are welcome to the evening Meal (provided you have paid/booked with a Team member!) Any questions, then please ask below or PM one of the Team. (Apologies for there being 2 threads in 2 days on this, but we weren't expecting the hotel confirmation quite so soon). 10. Excuse me? I drive a Seat. Please try not to generalise everyone just because you got out of bed on the wrong side.
  11. The hotel for the Saturday evening meal will be announced shortly. Members will be given a preferential B&B rate, but it is their responsibility to book directly with the hotel ASAP. We have chosen a hotel which is close to the city centre, so there are dozens of other (cheaper and also dearer) hotels within a short taxi ride for those who wise to stay on a different budget. As I say, Meal details to be announced shortly, just need to confirm a few final details with the venue.
  12. Ladies and Gents, the date for this (and indeed a working title) has been set. Please refer to http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/111992-coventry-2017-date-set-sat-july-15th/ for more details.
  13. Good Morning folks, Following on from the Club announcement that we will hold a club organised event in Coventry next year, I am pleased to announce that we now have a confirmed date Saturday July 15th 2017 Thank you all for the enthusiastic response thus far. Please visit http://www.transport-museum.com/ for details of the museum where the meet will be held (we will have use of Millennium Place outside the front of the museum itself). Details about the planned Evening Meal, and it's location will be posted up in the coming days. More details will be forthcoming towards the end of the year, but for now please make a note in your diaries.
  14. Very sorry to hear of the passing of James. For anyone wishing to search the history of the car/owner, please use this link : http://www.350z-uk.com/user/26243-cov350z/
  15. Should be OK again now if you clear cache. We're working hard behind the scenes to have a huge new upgrade ready to go as soon as possible. Until then this isSue may crop up now and again. We hope to be ready to go in the next few weeks.
  16. Please clear your cache for the browsers you use. If it has been a few weeks since you logged onto the forum, you likely have a cached version of the site prior to when we solved the issue.
  17. Locked at owners request. Still for sale though. Pm him if interested.
  18. Easy. I had a plan to get 100 on at the Z32 25th anniversary. Also a good 10 of the above list don't have Zeds anymore so won't be parking on Millennium Place. Stop being so negative and get back to your sowing machine
  19. This. I've had correspondence with them a few times, and even visited them on 2 separate occasions. I was disappointed with their customer service on all occasions and took my money elsewhere.
  20. JM Imports and Torque GT would be my preferred importers. Both offer a great service and will give you access to the auctions for you to browse yourself before getting too serious. Both charge less than £1k for their services.
  21. Import a S15. Not as good looking as the S14a, but much easier to get an unabused model.
