Any new ADSL filter should be ok A few years back when I worked in WAN's, some filters just did not work, even new ones I think they have improved somewhat now

I think its only iOS 5 software that will be released on the 12th... not the new handset. You should all be able to upgrade your existing phones When the new handset is out.... I think I will be waiting for the hype to die down as no doubt the cost will be

So..... with only a few days to go... who will be upgrading on the 12th.... and who will wait a few day and keep an eye out on the Apple forums to see if any problems arise? Some of the Beta's that were out did have some "problems"

Thats a lot of money for a Zorst If your original budget was 1200... then either try...... 1. get a Nismo (first or second hand) 2. Miltek + Berks (Possibly all new) Or save some more money

I kinda agree with you on the filter thing... but Stew says he has tried a new one... depending on its age it may also be duff It could be noise on the line which will need to be re-calibrated by the ISP.

Are your phone line and Internet through the same provider? Have you phoned them (both) to get the line tested? If you web on to the router what does the connection status say? The filter you swapped it with was it new? Do you connect using wireless or cable?
