    With both of my last two phones . When you press answer on the steering wheel you then have to wind the volume (just above) up HIGH to hear it. Could be worth a go.

    As buster said,get your pinkys under and pull. And yes it hurts your fingers. Worst bit is getting the sod off and the glue and foam off the paint. Just two 10mm nuts(think they were 10mm) and....... Most important be carefull of grit under it That will scratch the paint.Keep rinsing it out.
