  1. After using both you can see how BSD and the bead juice is a vastly different product.. A decent tip for BSD is get a decent spray head so it mists better...much easier to get off the panel..
  2. Tried this today... Mixed results although it maybe user error.... I used it "wet" as directed and immediately power washed off.. Upside... You can see it working, pretty incredible. The finish after drying was almost glasslike, very good... Downside... On certain panels the "spots" can be seen.. I dare say where the product has clumped.. Overapplication? I tried misting as lightly as possible, and pressure washed off excessively.. Not sure what i did wrong,if anything... Seem to have very light "overspray" on windscreen... Must have just been airborn product as applied. I didnt even spot it until i drove home in the dark and it was pretty horrendous.. I will have to try and get it off tommorow in the daylight, not sure if normal glass cleaner will remove. May try claybar...
  3. Looks great....... The best glaze for dark cars i have used is 50 cal show glaze...Does need a LSP to seal the glaze in though. Worth a go if you like using glaze, its cheap enough that i always keep it in...
  4. Not sure on budget but would a low miles F type R be possible ? That or a 6 cylinder 981 Cayman ..
  5. Thumbs down I will let you know next week..... Bead juice should be here tommorrow or Saturday.... So will see if it offers and real differences to BSD,although i suspect i will last longer. That said,i think the longevity of BSD is excellent considering its just a wipe on product. I wiped over my old dog bus Mitsubishi about 6 weeks ago,its never seen polish but does gets washed weekly and the beading is still great..
  6. Christina Hendricks Margot Robbie Emilia Clarke. I would get them all drunk...
  7. Not really... You seem to be putting enough product on.. Depends if you just like trying new products that may suit better... At the price point I will have a try with anything..I have pots and pots of stuff... I do like fusso and ion coat wax at the cheaper end of the market too...
  8. Names don't bother me, or the ingredients to be fair.. End results are what I'm interested in.. I used to use optimum optimax sealer a few years ago.. it was all the rage at one point, I'm sure that was a nano sealer too... I don't mind trying anything as long as it's not too expensive... lol.. I do have a pot of Zymol Royale in the fridge though 😂😂😂
  9. Decent thread here on detailing world too... Worth a read... http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=388149&highlight=bouncers+bead+juice
  10. Im much the same. Im an amateur detailer at best, but have a decent DA and rotary.... i understand the differences, but when BSD came out it was a bit of a game changer.....Or i thought so anyway, just a quick wipe as a QD and you got some serious water behaviour... Anyway..... The end result between the 2 in the video doesnt look poles apart for me,despite them being poles apart as a product.. I have got some on the way now,so will give it a good go and see how it goes... Also why not try some BSD and see what you think,it was only £6 from euro inc delivery on a deal so worth a go.
  11. After that shining recommendation i have bought some...lol
  12. You have me intrigued... I have tried loads of spray detailers over the years, but always seem to fall back to the sonax as the water sheeting and beading is pretty incredible. But the Sonax can be a bit tricky to use... I will have a go with the bouncers and see whats what..
  13. What's the money? Any better than Sonax BSD?
  14. Hi, I'm over the other end of Derbyshire, closer to the M1. I used to live in Furness Vale which is not many miles from you. I also agree that these are few and far between on the roads. Oh yea..... Cant get much further from me and still live in Derbyshire eh...
  15. So the traction will never be truly "off" with a simple press of the button ?
  16. Welcome.. In Derbyshire myself, what part are you from ? I dont see many about. The "ping" will probably be the spring on the clutch pedal, supposed to make the pedal feel better, does the exact opposite..lol..
  17. Traction control switched off but the light next to the TC light flashes Snow this morning and it was horrendous trying to get off the drive.. Is it a 2 part button like a bmw or is it just on and off and the light flashing whilst TC on normal?
  18. The N54 is a great engine, and can go to big bhp.... But it can be brittle and land you with huge bills if and when it starts to go wrong.. The N55 was similar but cheaper to manufacture unit... I had the N54 in a Z4 35is,was mapped to 400bhp and was a bit of a weapon really...It never span the wheels at 100mph+ though...
  19. "But I regularly see 5-600bhp Evos turn up on track and down the straight you wonder which way they've gone until you get on the brakes and enter the corner to wonder if they have Miss Daisy in the passenger seat Having driven a few Evos, they are extremely capable, but dull as dish water IMHO. If you want to appear a good driver when you're not, they're an amazing car for making you look like a hero " When i worked for Ralliart the 4G63 in the Evo's could do 600BHP+ with forged internals... They was a great lump albeit a bit delicate at anything above 350bhp in standard trim.. They can be an absolute weapon in the correct hands, but are very nervous beyond 9/10ths... Many of the established works drivers just couldnt get on with them at all and found them too unpredictable.. Turbo Tommi and Gigi Galli had no such problems and use to absolutely drive the bejesus out of them everytime the door opened. Proper men with huge spuds...
