FIRST Z IN THE 9s! With the last bit of good weather in Chicagoland this weekend, the AMS team thrashed to get the Z ready for the track. Installing a set of Pure 800 turbos, as well as installing coilovers and various SPL suspension links, we had the power and the traction to push the car further at the track. Right off the trailer, the AMS Z ran a 10.15 @ 134 MPH quarter mile, so we knew the car was running well, and getting close to that 9 second pass. Despite a massive 20+ mile per hour headwind to contend with, we were able to improve our time to a few 10.0X runs, and then finally clinched a 9.92@137 MPH pass! This makes it the first new Z to break the 9 second quarter mile barrier, all while still utilizing the stock engine and transmission! 🤯 9.92 @ 137 MPH 1/4 Mile 2.46 0-60 MPH 6.32 60-130 MPH Appx. 700 WHP We plan to get the car onto the dyno this week to get a proper wheel horsepower number, but we estimate the car to be capable of ~700 WHP on our Dynojet. We were able to get preliminary Mustang Dyno numbers of 638 whp, already making it the highest horsepower Z on the 🌎 A huge thank you is in order to Brandon at Geared Up Motorsports for getting us set up on his alignment rack and dyno last minute on Saturday night. We couldn't have made it to the track the next morning without his help! 𝗠𝗼𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 AMS Intakes (Prototype) AMS Heat Exchanger (Prototype) AMS Full Exhaust incl. S5 008 77AH.....a bit tight on the tray. wider than OEM. Some ppl on this forum bought it. It is a bit bigger and needs some wiggling. Its shorter than OEM so might need different fasteners. Has to be — + to fit. Terminals facing the bumper. Negative on the Left and Positive on the Right. -
Is it a 350 or 370Z?

Couple of these my way. Enjoy!

Some offer free 12 months insurance and/or petrol of certain value say £1000+. If they do survive the year.. they could sell it for good money as long as they haven't Tour De England the car and ran up the mileage for Instagram. Cash alternative would be smart to invest in something else. The experience would probably be taken for a couple of months by most car enthusiasts then moved on promptly.

Help - Private registration/number plate - How to??
GranTurismoEra replied to veeg33's topic in Off Topic Discussion
You should do the transfer on DVLA when listing the vehicle. Dont be one of those owners that does the transfer on the day of sale meaning the new owner cant tax the vehicle until DVLA have it on their system. In my case was 7 days. Shits annoying... Current number plate im not sure as its not made available anywhere so may still belong to the car Tell your insurance, youre swapping the plates or the insurance is invalid. Tell Gap or whoever it may concern in regards to the change. Check it has transferred on the DVLA Website. You will get sent a new V5 no idea why...waste of paper... First transfer is free then £80 everytime you remove it. DVLA will collect £80 admin fee everytime after for removal of the private plate from a car After 10 years depending on the rules youll have to reapply to retain. Im not sure if they charge for that too -
The hype will soon die down. Just a shame about the enablers in the name of content. People are just about getting their cars now since the proto was the first to release. Another year and a half everyone will have moved on to the next big thing

Lol his markup cant be lower than the guy in Hawaii who paid 9k over. Skipped through ngl...This yellow paint doesn't do the car justice Nissan are apparently still using the same keyfob lol

It may very well be her car. 2000kg and 1500hp at the boot. Thats where its all heading. Just need boyracers getting hold of performance EVs and its a wrap. My bros Tesla has 600+ bhp 0-60 in 3.2 seconds. Plus the doors go up on Sundays. He prefers the little Smart EV though. Easier to manouver and squeeze past people taking a right turn but in the middle of the road.

Im not suprised with Continentals. Id avoid Bridgestones. I had Goodyear F1 before. Not good enough. Im probably going PS5 or Continental next.
-
I think i had one of those as a kid. But bigger than GT Spirit. Wheels rotated and turned with the steering. It didnt light up though. But I did see an actual F40 in Kew. I think £500k at the time.

Ha thats a shame. More details but back in the day we got the metallic ones they open up fully. Some even lit up the lights. Just some details were lacking
-
Seems reasonable based on the Q60 stats

Can you open the doors bonnet or boot?
