Go get a boring automatic diesel, with no power, then come back to the Z. Should help I'm only 1 year into my ownership and "think" I'm bored of it, then when I go in other peoples cars it hits me like a train how much better the Z is. Nothing quite comes close to the performance and character/£ ratio - Sure a BMW 335D or equivalent other model is quicker on paper, but is it as fun? NOPE!

"if you can not afford or donot like, simply Donot ask" Here I was thinking he had donuts! So dissappointed hahaha

Mikevv replied to Mikevv's topic in 350z Parts For Sale
Right guys, a nice bump ( will edit the thread accordingly afterwards ) But the tyres are actually Falken Ziex ze914 - my old car had 453's Sorry for the mislabel. THEY ARE ALSO NOW GOING FOR FREE TO ANYONE WHO CAN COLLECT THEM FROM RINGWOOD/BOURNEMOUTH AREA! -
Seen him twice in the last 2 weeks, same place. I'm in the bunch of people playing pokemon go that you drove through tonight while I shouted "nice stubby"

I'm just gonna leave this here.... sorry for your eyes Also in a fierce battle for my local gym with all the school kids.... I'm 22! Must look so out of place, tattood guy hanging around a school pahaha http://www.carbuzz.com/news/2016/7/21/These-Pokemon-Cars-Prove-That-Not-Even-Gearheads-Can-Escape-Pokemon-Go-7734606/ -
I have some for sale for bloody ages, albeit Falken FK453s... They have a good 4mm all round from what I can remember? Check the for sale section, should be my thread in there Shame not local but hey - You can have em for next to nothing if you collect

Pokemon Go: Churches sign up to become Pokestops
Mikevv replied to HaydnH's topic in Off Topic Discussion
I don't see the big issue, first time in many years I've gone out for an actual walk with friends Better than sitting in a pub worrying about some drunk assholes near my car for the next 3 hours! It's reached a stage where it's weird seeing people walking around at night without Pokemon Go!! -
I've had a spare set for bloody ages but nobody wanted them - also can't be bothered to post them hahaha awkward things. Was going to offer them for virtually free if you collected - but you're too far from Ringwood Still for £20 they're cheap enough

In my experience, albeit from xbox, the games stay with the profile, so once you wipe it and delete your profile they are gone. Unfortunately, with the new Playstation ( And XBOX ) coming out soon, this might prove hard to sell mate GLWTS!

Well guys, it's back to square one, trying to work out a more sensible but fun car. Looking into the figures with the accountant soon, considering a cash payment instead and upgrading/using the 350z haha

Thought some people would like it, and find it quite amusing I have no idea what's going on with the front of this car.... http://www2.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201606064657088?search-target=usedcars&radius=1500&make=nissan&maximum-mileage=up_to_60000_miles&sort=pricedesc&seller-type=private_adverts&year-from=2006&postcode=bh241sz&searchcontext=default&onesearchad=new%2Cnearlynew%2Cused&model=370_z&page=1&logcode=p

Be prepared for a lot of excuses, but don't take any. I got "well its hand done so it won't be perfect" and the usual "it's within reason and still high quality" It should be 99% perfect, thats why you're paying them. I've had a top notch job done for £300 and the guy said it was a bit difficult but I knew that when I started (bmw MV1 wheels for anyone who cares) but they were flawless. Tried a new place just cause why not, and they found 350z Rays were a challenge. Avoiding them now.
-
I had a similar issue, but they had missed spokes, the barrel of the wheel and the hub! Botch job. Spend a couple of mins with each wheel and write down what is wrong with each so you don't forget, then bring them back and rain hell

If anyone offered me a 1 series, things would get very uncomfortable - Useless f-ing ugly bastardized shoe cars, had one for 2 weeks and it was terrible. I like the white, but I worry its a bit feminine, and looks like a toy car haha - But I definitely didn't know the 235 would be that "affordable" but I will be going to get a few quotes on the 2 and 4 on Monday again. Have to look into higher spec ones, might give me a better monthly deal, seeing as the 5 4 3 and 2 all had the same P11D values, but only the 5 and 4 were affordable, whereas the 3 and 2 had the same price.

I don't mean to come across as cocky, but I don't pay for it so I don't really care, my only cost would be the BIK. We looked into buying my own shitbox ( translate to boring diesel commute-mobile ) and the costs don't add up. I won't lie, I'm pretty in the dark with this, and just following what my accountant has told me and doing the sums myself, this seems like the best option.

I'm moving jobs - better wages even once the added taxes of the company car etc are taken into account, so yes I am still saving for a newer car As for the mustang, not too sure, have another drive in it soon so that I can compare it to the E92 M3 I drove. I realise they are different animals, but when it's a difference of at least £10k, I'd be a fool not to try "the best drivers car" Even if I then use the "saved" £10k on maintenance bubbles and extra's. Either way, neither will be happening for a fair while, but I like to line my ducks up in a row

It's gonna be a lease, don't intend to keep the cars long which is a perk of leasing - is that £225 for leasing under similar conditions or under finance? I quite like the 2 overall, especially in black or red - Not sure on white, comes across as a bit feminine ? Not really a fan of Lexus tbh, don't like their design language :S I checked the link, the prices seem higher than what I was quoted, and thats before I add options to the car.

The 4 with M sport suspension is still softer than a standard 350z, so it's fine for me, I like the rough ride M sport is a must, makes a vast improvement to the interior and exterior
-
Really dislike FWD cars, and the Golf I know is AWD but personally don't like them :S I was thinking of checking a 428i instead, still a 2 litre but petrol and a bit more power - almost as quick as a zed to 60 too

Hi guys, I'm weighing up the two cars mentioned above for a company car ( there is no changing it, it is one or the other ) I just figured I'd get some opinions on which you'd rather have. I'm leaning towards the 220d cause I think its a better looking and "younger person" car The 420d is probably a better motorway muncher and for the more mature person - like the e92 coupe was. The spec for the 220d is as follows Black sapphire paint - £550 - Can be substituted for red, or removed and use white for £550 saving Standard wheels - no options Leather interior - Black or White - £800 Piano black trim - Free Sun protection pack - £315 Rear M spoiler - £150 Through loading seats - £175 Heated seats - £295 Front and rear parking sensors - £295 Base price £31,245 + £550 paint = £391,38 a month Rough total £33,965 = £472,98 a month. The spec for the 420d is as follows Black sapphire paint - £645 - Can be substituted for red, or removed and use white for £550 saving 19" 442M style wheels - £670 Leather interior - Black or White - FREE Trim - Ash grain £260 or Piano black for £375 Sun protection pack - £265 Through loading seats - £170 Heated seats - Free Front and rear parking sensors - Free Base price £36,990 + £645 paint = £316.61 a month cost Rough total £39,310 = £386.21 a month cost with extras Both of these cars were done today at BMW Salisbury - based on 10k miles per year, and only a 2 year lease INCLUDING maintenance ( tyres, everything! ) for some reason a 3 year lease was more expensive.... good for us, new car sooner For comparisons sake, my dads 430d xdrive auto with 15k miles and 3 year lease with maintenance runs around £620 a month. So my question is after all the money, which would you have? As I said, I prefer the 2 series, but at nearly £100 a month more it's not that sweet of a deal!

Found this quite funny, just creepin' in the background

350z 02-08 W/Brembo Stoptech Package deals at Tarmac Sportz
Mikevv replied to Tarmac@TarmacSportz's topic in Tarmac Sportz
That's annoyingly cheap! I went for Black Diamond for about £600, so to have a such a highly reputable brand come in cheaper than my gamble is pretty amazing. Nice deal for anyone needing a replacement -
You're too damn far away from me I'm deep south - Zed shed area Mines peppered with stone chips and looks like someone sneezed with all the little white chips outta it
-
Can you get some pics of the interior up? My drivers seat is shite and I want a replacement as a retrim is too much :S
