  1. Thanks Jonny. What is her chassis spec. And how does she compare to the other performance machines you have owned? Damien. Best to read my build thread "The Nissan dealer made me do it". It's all in there I've had quite a few tasty cars in my time but always wanted a 370z since they came out and have spent quite a bit of money now making it how Nissan should have turned it out of the factory I can go for weeks out on the road and never see another 370 so are quite exclusive Good luck with your search and final choice
  2. Feel free to come and try mine any time, it puts a big grin on the face of everyone that drives it or travels in it But I have spent quite a bit of money on it
  3. Opinions won't matter on here anymore as everyone will have gone off to by Porsches,TT's and Faceless front wheel drive motors
  4. Plenty of people on here always slating the Zeds, saying there are many cars better than the Lardy heavy poor interior 350/370 which always makes me chuckle. This is the forum for these cars and most of us on here (me included) bought a Zed for its looks, individuality and potential to easily modify, oh and reliability It's not all about screaming around the roads on the limit deciding if other cars could do it better I would say to the OP don't dismiss a Zed until you try one Small boot, heavy on tyres and fuel but I love it, and now modified bl...dy awesome Just saying
  5. When are we fitting this short shifter?

  7. Oh and welcome to the forum

  9. Hello and welcome, just down the road in Stoke on Trent
  10. Very true Will. The only safe bet to me was pull the fuse
  11. I would pull the fuse until you know more tbh
  12. Mine did fall in the recall numbers so I booked it in and just over a week later (yesterday) it went in for the updated module. No mention of a backlog order for the part as they would have fitted it earlier if I could have got it there I told the "master" technician who was to work on my car that I had pulled the fuse as a safeguard and when the module was fitted he had to come and fetch me to show him where the fuse was.....Master Technician? ;D The same "technician" told me there is no need to now pull the fuse as the new part now completely cures the problem Right or wrong, the fuse is now in my centre console cubby hole
  13. I'm interested if you can pm me a number please
  14. Plenty of ideas Teejay, has the modifications started yet?
  15. No problem René, get on to Adrian and we will sort it
  16. Hi René There is plenty of depth in the knob, I just tapped out the insert with a 10mm X 1.25 tap Get the shifter and we can install it at my garage if you like
